LOL sometimes grandma's aren't too grandma-like. At one point in their lives they were young and pretty too

My mom came from a large family and I asked my grandma why did she have so many kids. Her reply "I just liked doing it with your grandfather too much... and before we knew it, there was another baby"

My 82-year-old mother-in-law told me that she once asked her mother how come she only had two children, despite being married quite young.

The answer was "Because I behaved myself'" which I always thought was a really sad answer.

Grandma-In-Law probably just didn't want to answer the question because she thought it was incredibly invasive and rude.

Kids are notoriously known to ask their parents invasive and rude questions

Okay, and it's perfectly fine for the parent not to answer the question, or dance around it.
