The guy is complimenting the girl with the most cliché line and the girl asks how many girls he has said this to before so the guy accepts the accusation bcoz it's true and tells her to concentrate and play along bcoz this is her turn to hear it.

That's it.

She got distracted by wondering how many girls he used this line on, he wants her to concentrate on the flirting at hand and not worry about that

Mate, if it were a known phenomenon for girls to pretend to want a relationship only to actually just want sex, then that would be very valid. But that isn't what happens so nobody's worried about it.
