Magats are so pathetic.

Thank you for proving my point. Like all cults, you develop an ideology of murderous hate for anyone outside of your cult. That's why you call the opposition maggots, so you can justify murdering them. That's why there are so many socialist assassins killing people like Charlie Kirk and trying to kill Trump. Your ideology is a cult ideology of mass murder. The exact same one that led to the mass murder in Russia and China.

Maga shares more with cults. A charismatic leader that the followers get their truth from. Unquestioned Loyalty: Supporters often show a deep personal devotion to Donald Trump that goes beyond standard political support.Infallibility: Many followers treat the leader's statements as absolute truth, placing his word above traditional institutions, media, or personal acquaintances.Charismatic Authority: The movement organizes around a single dominant figure rather than a fixed set of traditional party principles.

There are other facets. Would you like to hear about the other similarities?

The only major political faction in the United States that operates like a cult is the socialists/Democratic-leaning people:

Scroll to the bottom to see visualizations of their viewpoint clustering.

Studies also show that socialists have extreme hatred for those that they view as conservatives, whereas conservatives do not hate socialists. When questioned, socialists suspect that the conservatives hate them. And when questioned, conservatives assume that the socialists don't hate them. So there's a massive asymmetry in hatred. And the reason why there's so much hatred among socialists is that they're in a cult.

Your only argument is tribalism. That doesn't by itself make a cult.

Alternative Facts and Shared LanguageSpecial Vocabulary: The use of repeating phrases like "fake news" or "witch hunt" creates a unified internal language that separates members from outsiders.Rejection of Consensus Reality: Disagreement with standard facts—such as election outcomes or mainstream news—helps reinforce group solidarity and trust only in approved sources.Cognitive Dissonance Reduction: Conflicting reports about the leader are often dismissed as attacks by dishonest adversaries, strengthening internal resolve.Social Control and CommunitySense of Belonging: The group offers a powerful community for people who feel ignored or isolated by mainstream society.Internal Policing: Members or former allies who criticize the leader face immediate social rejection, shunning, or political marginalization.A psychologist explains the psychological drivers and denial mechanisms behind intense political loyalty:

No groups hate others quite like conservstives. Whether those of other colors, trans peope, etc.

Look, you can get the AI to tell you anything you want by prompting it to do so. That doesn't answer the questions. Tribalism is in fact one of the hallmarks of a cult. Everyone converging on the same views and feeling incredible social pressure not to deviate from the group's narrative is cult-like.

Everyone outside of the Democrats has very diverse views because those kinds of cult-like dynamics are not there. It's only the Democrats where you see a very large number of people all converging on exactly the same positions across a wide set of very complex issues.

Tribalism on it's own does not make a cult. Sociological speaking, Maga shares a more cult-like structure. Rejecting facts is an example.

Who won tne 2020 election?

No, tribalism at the extreme, which the Democrats exhibit, is in fact a cult. Extreme tribalism is enforced by and also enforces cult dynamics

Tribalism is all you have. I could find dozens of similarities between Maga and cults. Having your own facts that only cult members believe is an example.

Who won the 2020 election?

Yes, I have the defining quality of a cult, which is extreme tribalism. Thank you for proving my point. If Republicans were a cult, they would not have wildly diverging views on the major issues. That goes directly in opposition to what a cult does.

They are all sheep. They don't have diverging views. In fact Trump has changed the entire party from small government, fiscal responsibility, and free trade to anti free trade, large government interference and fuck the deficit. Most Magas get their truth from their leader. There's no disputing Trump himself has changed everything about the GOP.

BTW, you didn't answer. Who won the 2020 election?

This study proves that the views of Republicans diverge wildly on the major issues, while the views of Democrats converge to an extreme and unnatural degree:

One study doesn't prove all democrats are in a cult. Your hilarious. Not only that, but members chosen are not necessarily representative of the population. The conclusions are not such that democrats are in a cult. You are attempting to extrapolate on flimsy logic.

Why won't you give me the satisfaction of being right and answer who won the 2020 election?
