Hey y’all, just want some recommendations, I love discovering new music and everything. I specifically like Pop, Synthpop, Dance-Pop, Pop Rock, Alternative, Electropop, Electro House and Artpop. I might be getting into K-Pop, so there’s also that.

Its hard to describe these songs so I'm just calling it "Grief" since thats what it sounds like to me.. Ive tried looking at various song recommendations but none of them are what Im looking for. Im not picky so hopefully I can get some recommendations

YouTube recommended me some songs from a band called "Sev", and the song in question was Front Of The Line. I really loved the style and vibe of the song, and I'm looking for songs that give me a similar feeling. I listened to some of the other songs from the same album, but they didn't quite have the same feeling.

Another song I'd love to find similar music to is Coward by Deadly Medley.

My mother’s favorite song was Angel by Sarah McLaughlin. I had planned on singing it at her funeral but many friends suggested is was too cheesy because of those animal rescue videos.

Hoping someone here could recommend a cover or different arrangement that might be received better or another song that be a good tribute to a single mother and a very independent woman.

so far can only find these two songs that fit this exact description. i can only describe it as what it was like to listen to suga suga by baby bash in the early 2000s but more jaded and mopey. like smells like teen spirit but more chill. i want the airiness, the swinging guitar riffs, the anchoring soothing bass. i want the songs that make you feel like you're simultaneously on a roadtrip, in love, depressed, and taking a foggy shower.

Now, I don't mean like music exactly from the band but something that sounds similar and makes you wanna dance, I was born in '03 but I absolutely love the synth in the song, it reminds me of my favourite album 'Too Weird To Live To Rare To Die' by Panic! at The Disco, never found anything like this album, maybe Bizzare Love Triangle comes pretty close?
