I’ve done cybersecurity, system administration, help desk and infrastructure engineering.

I think I’m letting my people skills (which I think are pretty solid) go to waste.

How hard is it to transition from a purely technical role to sales?

What’s the best way to market myself?

I have 3 years of experience in maintenance and supervising people, but my background is more on **electronics**, so railway systems—especially the **3rd rail system**—are quite new to me. They’ll provide training, but I’d like to prepare beforehand.

I started applying in naukri and careers portals but haven't got shortlisted in a single company. Need help in the switching journey!!!!

I’ll be graduating with my bachelor’s in computer science in may. I am very discouraged about the major I chose, given the current job market. Every summer I have applied for (at the very least) 50 internships, and I was denied for each. From the few recruiters that did respond to me, the only reasoning I recived was that 1. The role was no longer needed. 2. The role has been filled. I can not really afford to spend time and resources on a completely new degree.
What are some things I can do to make myself more marketable? Would it be wise for me to attempt to pivot towards cybersecurity?
