My best friend since middle school goes to UF though so I thought it would be really cool to re-use the same code and make it for UF as well, maybe it will go viral here too :)

Taking a bus this weekend. Stop has always been at Gale Lemerand but now site is telling me somewhere on Hull Rd. Lyft still shows it being at Gale and Google Maps only shows photos there. Anyone taken it recently able to confirm this and any useful details? Don’t really frequent this part of campus

I have a 1410 SAT and im trying to get it higher but I really wanna go to UF so I think I am gonna do early decision. It's the first year UF offers it apparently so I am wondering how others feel about it.

I had rewards redeemed in my mobile order app last (Spring 26) semester. I didn't use all the money I got from them but don't see them now on my app. It shows that I redeemed it last April, but I don't know how to actually pay using that money. Does it reset?

I made a post a few days ago asking if anyone hasn’t gotten their financial aid yet. I’m a newly admitted grad student and I should have specified that I meant I haven’t gotten my financial aid breakdown for Fall 2026- Summer 2027 yet. Is anyone else in the same boat?

Is anyone going from UF to UCF this Friday 9/4 and coming back on Monday? 😭 Or anywhere near that timeframe? I just realized most of the buses go pretty far from UCF. I'll pay for gas and stuff so please let me know!!

Anyone have any information when financial aid will get disbursed this sem? I’m an MFOS scholar and it’s still not showing disbursement. I pretty sure that MFOS scholars are not eligible for a pell grant now because of the new big beautiful bill and mine is still showing a pell grant as well. I know MFOS will just cover that cost as well but i’m starting to worry about financial aid disbursement since it’s now after add drop. Any information would be helpful thank you!

Hi! I graduated with my BA in Communications from USF a few years ago and wasnt focused on anything other than just getting my degree, doing the bare minimum honestly at the time. Looking forward I’d really like to do a career jump as I’ve been working in digital marketing with an agency but am not too excited about the career outlook with the AI of it all. I’m interested in becoming a licensed mental health counselor, so I’m looking at either a Master of Arts in Education or a Master of Arts in Education, both with mental health counseling as the major.

My main questions / concerns are surrounding admissions for those who are a few years removed from graduating. I know everything says 3.0 gpa for upper level coursework… I think I had MAYBE a 2.8/2.9, like I said, bare minimum. I had also seen something that said for one do the programs there was a request for evaluations from your two most recent teachers. Again, I’m too far removed for something like that lol. I’m wondering if I may have to go for a second bachelors to make up for my carelessness & move forward that way.

Anyways, I’d love to hear experiences from anyone who might be in these programs or those who might’ve had similar circumstances during the admissions process. Thanks!

Is this class really that difficult? I heard that a lot of people have already gotten outside resources and tutoring and I’m worried I’m already far behind and it’s only the 3rd week. My first discussion quiz is tomorrow and I have no clue how to prepare or how to even come close to passing it. If anyone has any advice or resources online (free, I can’t afford anything else😭) please let me know!

(edit: I also have a terrible habit of being completely unable to focus in class so if anyone has anything i can use to learn everything myself that would also be great)

hi! i want to transfer to uf finance but i know it is incredibly challenging coming from a 4y uni. that said, i still want to get a bachelors of science in a similar field. would econ+accounting / econ+management be easier to be admitted into?

UnBound X is an app that brings investing, social interaction, and artificial intelligence powered research together in one platform. Instead of only looking at stock prices, you can research companies, develop investment ideas, and see what other investors are thinking. I am helping UnBound X build this with students, and I would like you to try it. This is a great way to do some personal projects on your own if you are studying finance or econ or anything related. You can have your own portfolio with your investment thesis's and performance that. I think its also cool that you can read others and learn more about investing and finance. I just saw a car hit a biker because the car was turning (on a green), but didn’t check their bike lane. It is a driver‘s responsibility to look and be aware of everything around them. We are the ones driving in a motor vehicle, I don’t care if it is not the pedestrians right away, you should be aware of everything while driving. Especially around campus please don’t be on your phones Also bike lane bikers have the right of way, please look at the bike lanes as well!!!

looking for advice ab handling the sheer amt of content in biochem. i JUST switched to anki for this class and have been trying to stay on top of making flashcards everyday from lectures and signed up for an SI session.

i’m worried ab adjusting to one study method and having to change it for the different exams (since they’re w diff profs), and possibly spending too much time making study materials.

has anyone found a method successful across all 4 exams/3 lecturing profs from prev sems?
