I live in a 3 story appartment and Im in a really humid place in Turkey that tones coins just by them sitting inside my house so I figured this was the best place for toning and im also trying to remove hairlines by toning and ik it doesnt remove them but it gets rid of them so it doesnt ruin the eye appeal

Found this penny at work. Pretty much made my week! The pics don’t quite do justice to how shiny and new it is. No one in my life seems as excited about it as I am! Should I clean it up a bit more with acetone?

Hello all, I'm a long time lurker. Recently my grandfather passed and I've been charged with cleaning his office and marking unmarked items.

He had a lot of random coins from all over the world he collected during his travels and I've been marking them mostly using Google lens, but these two in a small baggy have me and Google lens stumped. Closest guess was a silver coin from the Mughal time.

I'd sure appreciate y'all's assistance in identifying and\or putting a value on them.

Found these in an old box with a silver quarter. Was wondering if there’s anything special about these. The “D” on the halves vary in size, a couple of them are tiny.

So I’ve got a 2026 enhanced uncirculated Morgan coming in and I’m considering getting it graded. I am not planning on flipping the coin for a profit, I want to keep it for my own collection. But most of my coins are graded, and getting this one early enough for first strike designation seems like it might be a nice thing to do. Plus, this being the only year (so far) of enhanced uncirculated finish and the only year (so far) of West Point minted Morgan dollars, and it being the semiquincentennial with the bell privy mark, seems like those additional facts might make this more appropriate for grading.

None of my friends or family are into coins like I am so I’m just looking for a group of like-minded people to talk me through the pros and cons! Thanks!

I’m worried about the ding

Just bought this, didn’t spend a lot but I like it. I’m aware NNC is not highly rated, what do you think this coin would be graded if I sent in to PCGS or NGC?

I was doing some research on this coin and saw some of the same coins going for 2K on ebay. Wondering if guys selling on ebay are delusional or is it really rare ?

I did some research and found out 1895 Morgan’s are rare. Not sure if they are legit
