My client designed a set herself using Ai and asked me to replicate it. It’s not 100% but I’m happy with it.
I see a lot of comments on Facebook groups when customers ask for cookies with an ai reference. Immediately people will point out it’s ai and not to do it, that really bothers me. We are creative group of people! I feel my cookies come close to the inspo but still have my own style especially the lions. I uploaded the reference picture into chat gpt and asked it to make me cutters, then I projected them onto cardstock, traced and cut out with scissors. Used the template to hand cut the cookies with an exacto knife. The looks are hand painted using gel and water working in layers and allowing drying time inbetween . I used Jenna Rae cakes dazzle dust for the gold

I haven't posted my cookies on reddit in a while! This set went viral back in July and my social media has taken off. It's been crazy but so fun.

All the black details on the characters are hand painted. Wavy patterns on plaque cookies are wet on wet.
Enco pink, yellow and orange.
Americolor peach, wedgewood and white

Wet on wet for the stripes, hand painted tomato portraits. Black wording is hand painted. I used variations of americolor wedgewood, espresso, avocado, ivory, super red, gold, Cyprus & chilli pepper

All the cutters were hand cut and designed myself using procreate. Americolor was used, sage, Cyprus, ivory, white and espresso

My son wanted me to make his birthday cookies. He loves Taekwondo and the party was going to be a TKD party so I stuck with that theme. Here’s a few snapshots of them, I see SO many flaws 🫣 but family and friends loved it!

i’ve been using the same cookie dough recipe for a while and it’s never given me issues, but the past two times this has happened. i use a perforated silicone baking mat and the cookies are hard to take off, and as you can see chunks of the cookies got ripped off 😭 also when i left up my mat, it looks way more greasy/buttery than usual

I make cookies mostly for family and friends. More often than not they do not want the cookies individually packaged and kind of just want them to be arranged on trays or something.

Do any of you have suggestions for how to transport the cookies if they aren't individually wrapped?

So far I have transported them on separate trays and arranged them on big trays on site but that means travelling with sometimes 10+ trays of cookies that can't be stacked on top of one another.

I’m on the hunt for a good set of cookie cutters, but I’m not sure where to start looking. I need shapes that actually hold up and cut cleanly through dough without bending out of shape. Are there any specific online stores or brands you'd recommend checking out? Any suggestions or links would be a massive help!
