- Soil erosion exposing the edge of a concrete slab
- Moisture-related wood deterioration in floor and deck framing
- Open masonry joints and water staining
We’re a structural engineering and construction company, and these images were documented during visual site assessments to help record existing conditions and inform scopes of work. A photo is only one part of that process, so repair recommendations depend on the full site conditions and, where needed, engineering review.
