After seeing the Foo's for the first time at the Chicago show, I wondered what would be a good set list if you were going to build one of nothing but deep cuts or b sides. Basically avoiding the huge tracks that always play on the radio.

I usually have to be in a mood to appreciate this song... but I'm here, so necessary, perhaps.

I've searched everywhere online for the cover art on this library CD copy. No matching results, except for one Deviantart user account.

Do any Wasting Light fans have a clue what or why this is? I personally prefer this alternate cover over the one Google keeps showing me. I've tried seeing if this is meant to be a slipcase, but again, no such luck.

After the Cleveland show, I finally made it to Dave's hometown and house, along with David Grohl Alley. Since I'm so close and off work tomorrow, I guess I'll see another landmark...

I've always thought stuff like this was weird from the outside, but I think it's like a pseudo-connection. The closest some of us may ever get to someone we admire personally.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not gonna knock on the door and ask for a tour of the home. But it's interesting to me to see what most of us probably consider a normal home, an average town...non-descript America, and find a small piece of the world where something and someone that has had such a profound effect on so many came from.

I’m desperately trying to get hold of either a UK Take Cover skeleton tour tshirt or the t-shirt from 27/6 at Anfield. I’ve see third party reprints online but really want an official one, size M/L/XL/XXL. I have alerts set on Vinted and eBay but no luck so far. Does anyone have any ideas of where else to try, please? Thanks!

This is an absolute long shot. I am looking to find an archive recording of the episode of Modern Rock Live from November 12, 1995. This episode featured Alanis Morissette. Taylor Hawkins was also on this episode as he preformed some of the songs from Jagged Little Pill on this radio program. I think a recording of it at least existed at one point as some of the live recordings were eventually used for the CD single for Ironic.

I at one point had this episode on cassette that I taped off the radio. However, I either misplaced the cassette or possibly recorded over it like a dummy. Also currently I have no way to digitize it.

I don't remember if Taylor said anything during the interview but would love to find it so I can listen to it again. If anybody knows even where to start to find this please let me know.

2011 was a good year.

I know it’s been said a billion times this week, but I’m just throwing my hat in the ring. Now that it’s on YouTube, I’m finally watching it and… goddamn. It is hands down the best show they’ve played in years. I need this version of “The Sky is a Neighborhood” pronto. They reinvented the song. That’s really it. Let the discussion begin.

The detroit show was the most amazing concert I've ever been to. So we are driving the 13 hrs to see the foo fighters in North Dakota. You can call me crazy.

For people who've been to recent Foo shows and have been seated on the floor in the sections marked "limited view seating" (as I've circled), just how "limited" is the actual view of the stage from these areas?

I've seen pictures of the actual installations during the actual shows and they look pretty thin. Is it as much of an obstruction as the warning makes it seem? I'm looking to buy tickets for 2 in Vegas on September 26th.

Found this at a record shop, don't know how rare it is

Went to an estate sale looking for some tools the other day. While standing in line waiting to check out, there was a shelf with some antique toys, mostly rc planes and nothing I was really paying attention to. My fiancée tapped me on the shoulder and said "hey look, that looks like the Foo fighters gun!" Not sure how I didn't notice it, but I instantly bought it.

Had to tweak it a little since the end was pushed up and the end of the barrel was messed up some but got it fixed! 2nd pic was how I got it, 1st pic was a day later after I had time to mess with it. The spark mechanism still works it's just missing the lenses. It is a legit Buck Rogers XZ-38 Disintegrator Pistol, though!

Debating whether I should polish and restore it or leave it worn how it is? Either way I plan to make a display for it to hang on the wall.
