Honestly, as someone who plays both, I feel that Aether Gazer and Zenless should be switched. The Zenless fanbase gives the impression of being horny all the time, but the in-game content is pretty tame. At least Aether Gazer has some fanservice in the skins. ZZZ being in the same tier as WuWa and HSR being knocked down a tier makes more sense to me.
ZZZ just has a very “look at me, i’m goonerbait” vibe to it, take jane’s trailer for example. Even though the actual content generally isn’t particularly goon, the impression is very much appropriate. It’s pretty on point when you consider the ones in the same tier like CZN or BA
The difficult thing with GFL2 in this tierlist is that it's Pay2Goon, if you don't spend money for the costume, you might see some feet in the dorm but nothing more.
Free Klukai and Colgate skins are enough to goon for weeks as they cover need for asses and latex suits. Also 1 free skin ticket can be spent to maximise gooning by buying Florence skin to cover need for pole dancing braless in translucent top. For exquisite gooners at lvl 25 there is also free Springfield skin with pencil skirt, stockings and lacy underwear.
Springfield's barista skin is mega tame compared to 95% of what's available in the skin shop... heck it's way less revealing than her ballroom dress skin.
Yes, especially since PNC is like GFL2's tamer little sister. PNC has some nice arts, but its just art, GFL2 lets you get way more interactive and has full 3D modeling.
Clearly the OP has never played any of these games to make this ranking 😂😂 Girls Frontline is easily two spaces above ZZZ, and NTE is easily two spaces above WuWa.
Not to mention Aether Gazer, which is easily one of the games with the best interactive scenes.
I would argue that a lot of the works in that tier should be lower, or the tier should be split into 2 tiers. HSR is generally more goon then genshin (not by a lot), which is probably why they put it there, but it doesn’t beat out arknights for sure (though you could argue that arknights should be higher too).
It's actually an inverse curve. Take Ultrakill for example : it's a first person game about robots going to hell killing weirdly shaped demons. It has innately 0 goon material. Yet the fanbase is the most down bad thing ever

The common point between limbus and Ultrakill is that they're games intended for a rather mature audience (16-18+), targeting mostly young adults which is the gooning demographics.

He probably hasn't played in a while. Aether Gazer started out extremely safe (albeit probably less safe than Genshin) and switched to more gooner designs and features later on and at a gradual rate (it wasn't as sudden as Snowbreak nor reached that level of course)
Brown dust 2 literally changed the way i see fan service, before playing it i thought ZZZ was very fan service but ooooh boy its not, even Nikke look pretty mild next to brown dust 2.
For those that want an idea of what you can see in brown dust 2... I saw more p😺y lips in this game than panties in every hoyoverse games.
Now i laught everytime I see someone losing their mind and calling a game a Gooner game because a Character quickly show their back during an ultimate animation, those people now really look like those ultra religious people in old american movies.
I was so surprised of how generous the game is, everytime I heard people say "This game is generous" it always was "this game give 1.7% more premium money than this game" but here...
Oh boy i never got so many premium Characters, i probably got at least 25 premium Characters in a single month and i have enought pulls to pull any Characters i want at least 6 times... I NEVER USED THE PREMIUM MONEY, Only tickets. (I played during the anniversary).
The best part is that like 90% of the game can be play in auto so its perfect for dailies and farming.
Im surprised of how good the game is, i came for the Goon, i stayed for the game (and the goon).
The best are the free pulls, on every gacha games with free pulls i played i never was lucky, but here i got probably 10 premium Characters through the daily free pulls and as i said i started the game only 1 month ago.
So you can just do the daily pulls everyday and still have high chances of getting the banner Characters.
Genuinely shocking how much it gets away with what it does.
They did almost censor the whole game due to Germany trying to ban the game. Mainly due to depiction of "abuse" like the slap-ass minigames and the underaged characters (Teresse highschool + all the lolis)

Gfl2 has the most detailed feet model and animations of any gacha game (maybe even globally in the gamins space actually) ever since the moment it launched. It should definitely be one to two tier higher
It's absolutely lower than Genshin tbh. The only arguments i could see is Dahlia "Physics" but like...comparing a fully dressed character with some physics to some of the Genshin character skin tight latex suit (Shenhe, Chasca) or even barely clothed character like Lauma....yeah no contest HSR is much more SFW
Star Rail is mostly safe, but there are moments sprinkled here and there that caught people by surprise, The Dahlia as a whole, not only her jiggle physics, her demeanor, when animations (especially her ult) and some in game art are very suggestive, she is like an anomaly in this game.
Some other moments I can think of from the top of my head, the Black Swan x Acheron dance, naked Hysilens on a bath cutscene, the new Blade half naked also on a bath, Phainon abs...
But these are very far and few between, you can play this game with your doors open 99% of the time.
GFL2 should be way higher than Nikke with the interactions you get from some skins on Crew Deck. Nikke is mostly just visuals, cake showing in battle, and some suggestive bond stories that make me sleep. I only play Nikke for the main story and some of the appealing character designs.
Other than BD2 8 never tried any of the ultimate or extreme tier ones. Are the gameplay/story of any of them actually good orare they pretty much goon bait?
Last Origin is like the worst parts of GFL1 cranked up to 11. Incredibly annoying stage design and resource management where the meta is to make setups so you can play the game as little as possible.
I put some time into the global release of Last Origin. It feels like a game that is 8 years old... because it is. The other poster that compared it to GFL is correct, you try to make comps that specifically counter each stage and then you just hit auto. It also, like GFL, does the thing where pull currency and stamina are one and the same, so you end up spending time managing that piece. The game also really wants you to run background/idle auto of stages, which feels like just another timer to manage. Plus... if you want the skins you could just go online, plenty of sites have them for free since they are just 2D static images.
Horizon Walker to me feels annoying to play, maybe when you reach endgame it evens out. The game also takes FOREVER to get going, its like hours and hours of tutorials and backstory (and the backstory is terrible). That said... the skins are animated, you can adjust the proportions, and there isn't any good way to look at them outside the game, so maybe its a bit more worth it. You can see quite a lot as a F2P but obviously the best is locked behind spending.
Of the Extreme Tier, many of those are idle games. Lost Sword, Idle Huntress, Idle Angels and (I think) Girl Wars are totally just timer countdowns. Lost Sword was kind of fun to play for a bit, Idle Huntress and Idle Angels lock down very quickly.
Azur Land is super fun in my opinion, but it requires the most commitment of all the games. You need to remember you are walking into a game that has been around for ages! This means there are plenty of excellent walkthroughs and guides, but also that you need to hack through a LOT of content until and grind up your units before you can participate in events and whatnot. If you are ready to commit, its a great choice, but you can't just check it a couple times here and there and expect to be able to do the fun stuff. AL is also a great example of most of the best goon content is available for free.
Haze Reverb acts like a game that needs manual but once you figure out how to put it on auto it gets much better. I personally felt like it offered up the goon quicker but also wanted you to spend just to progress, let along try to get to the content. You clear the tutorial and then start hitting walls where you need to invest to upgrade gear and skills. I also recall it being stingy with pulls.
I played Snowbreak BEFORE it went full goon and I thought it was super fun to play! Even after it went full goon I used to go back to it to play because I liked it (I also spent a good amount on skins...).
Nikke is a true premium product, you won't be disappointed. Gameplay, story, UI, etc all top of market.
And I've posted this elsewhere - GFL2 deserves to be much higher. My two cents is the gameplay sucks. It should be a fun tactical game, but instead 99% of it is get one or two OP units and blast through without thinking. The challenging stuff is like high tier PvP and Guild wars, but you can do those on auto and get the rewards you want. But - GFL2 has the skins that are top tier, its got fully 3D models (and a free roam camera) and interactives. Most of the good stuff is gated behind paid but if this is the space you want to be in, GFL2 is top tier.
Last Origin is a literal porn "game" if you wanna call it a game cuz is more like a Timegate simulator and prob the worst game paly i have tried in recent times

Girl wars and attack on time are probably about right. But attack on time is the only one with multiple instances of full nipples and vagina on display that aren't just one offs (excl last origin). "Game" might have low lewd per se but for nudity it's just below last origin.
I'm sorry but WuWa is going way down the gooner list, Lucilla has huge canons but kuro is still silently disabling jiggle physics its actually pissing me off.
Zzz should be lower. It doesn't belong to the same category as CZN and star savior. Otherwise decent list. I would rank AL on top too, eventhough it can't reach BD2's goon level
Started playing Browndust 2 this week. It's really weird to me how highly sexual the game is, but we never see a single nipple. It's like entering a 100-story skyscraper that has no ground floor.
I would say star savior should be higher due to recent wedding alt that have their clothes exploding off of them akin to Senran Kagura but those are New so I will observe with interest
Edit: just looked up horizon walker cause I never heard of it before and holy shit I severely underestimated what a game on the same tier BD 2 would be like

I've played all those games on the Extreme Gooner tier. Half of them are about as bad as your common H-gacha.
You're definitely not wrong though. The only good h-gacha I've found in years is Legend Clover. Nothing has come close to even meeting that game in terms of gameplay quality. Kind of fits perfectly in that remaining 1% slot.
