Sometimes you just gotta keep cutting them off. But wait. Ill check. Summary: they use steroids to keep inflammation from occurring, using med tape to help w keeping weight off the area while it heals. This is a good read. keloid care

NAD but have had surgery requiring large incisions so I read a lot about scars, including keloids, leading up to my surgery. Keloids are formed when the body produces too much collagen over an injury. Anyone can form a keloid, but some people are more susceptible to it bc of genetics. Unfortunately people with darker skin are more likely to form them. There’s stuff they can do to try and prevent and minimize the growth, steroids and cryotherapy being common methods because they typically have good results, but afaik nothing is 100% guaranteed to be effective. I’d have to do some reading because I don’t remember the exact statistics but there’s a decent chance that, after a keloid is surgically removed, it’ll grow back, especially so if there’s no other treatment like the steroids and cryotherapy.

The only reason people think of Shakespeares' writing as classical is in comparison to modern day dialogue, at the time he was one of the main supporters of slang and "common folk wording" which is one of the reasons he even got so popular since ordinary people could also just understand his works.

It’s possible but it’s different for everyone, sometimes they never come back, some have them slowly return and some people even have them even more aggressively after removable.

Depends on a few factors, but yes it is possible. I'm assuming his surgeons probably recommended radiation therapy, in which case it's more likely than not that they won't grow back. Even if they did though, I'm doubtless that they also recommended he use silicon treatments if it occurs again, which should prevent it from getting this out-of-hand at the very least.

The guy is from a place where the hospital closes on certain days. He got treated on a charity hospital ship. I do not think radiation therapy is likely to be accessible to him over the lung term, sadly

I think it's hard to say with a case like this - but my experience with keloid scars is that they have always grown back.
When I consulted a dermatologist, they told me that some people see success with radiation, but we ultimate decided it wasn't worth attempting in my case.

He had a motorcycle accident 15 years ago which left him with a mass of scar tissue, creating a keloid tumor that grew heavier every day.
