First of all, I'd like to thank everybody who has been following and keeping up with my progress. I'd also like to thank those that have commented words of encouragement, and to those that are just reading my post for the first time. What a year... This past year has been full of ups and downs. I can't believe I lost all this weight. I feel very good. One heck of a chapter this was in my life. I began my weight loss back in August 24th of 2025. I began doing OMAD, and low carb, low sugar, high protein. I eventually transitioned to 16:8 intermittent fasting. I began exercising almost every other day and incorporated walking into my days. My weight loss recently slowed down due to having two jobs. It's hard to make time for a full workout, and even harder to get the steps in but I'm not going to let this push me back. I will keep going. Emotionally, I am doing much better. There are some things that I must let go, things that are out of my control, and so I must now do some soul searching. This will most likely be my last post on here. But I will continue to lurk and cheer on the ones that continue to share their journey, and to those that are just starting. Thank you all for sharing your posts. It's encouraging to see everyone doing their best and seeing the results. Please don't ever be discouraged by a setback or falling. You can always get up and start again. You are powerful. If I could do it, you can too. Oh, and by the way, this chapter may be over for me, but my adventure keeps going. I will continue to lose weight. This wasn't my end goal. I plan on getting down to 220lbs. I may come back to show you all. But until then, please be well. Take care of yourselves. Please believe in yourselves. Be kind to yourselves. You can do anything.
Sincerely,
Victor S.
