খুব বাজে একটা আভাস পাচ্ছি।। হাসি,মজা,মিম সব দেখছি দূর্গাপূজা নিয়ে।।এসবের মাঝে ও সিক্সথ সেন্স অন্য কথা বলছে।।এতদিন একরকম দেখে এলাম,এবার সবকিছু অন্যরকম লাগছে।। মনে হচ্ছে নতুন ক্ষমতায় আসা দল আর তার চ্যালাচামুন্ডাদের হাতে নিজের আত্মা,নিজের বিবেক বিলিয়ে দিতে হবেনা তো??আমি চারদিন নিরামিষ খাওয়া নিয়েও ভয় পাচ্ছিনা,সাবেকিয়ানা পূজোর ভয় ও পাচ্ছিনা।।ভয় পাচ্ছি উৎসবটাই মাটি হয়ে যাওয়ার।।

ধরুন এই ছবির মূর্তির মতো কোনো মূর্তির সামনে গিয়ে একদল ছেলেপুলে লাঠিসোঁটা নিয়ে বসে গেলো "মানুষের মতো দেখতে দূর্গা প্রতিমা পূজো কেনো হবে?"

ধরুন কোনো প্যান্ডেলের সামনে সাংস্কৃতিক অনুষ্ঠান চলছে,সেখানে কেউ "ও গ্ৰামের নওজোয়ান,হিন্দু মুসলমান" গানে নাচছে,,একদল ছেলেপুলে গিয়ে অনুষ্ঠান বন্ধ করে দিলো।।

বা ধরুন এতদিনের ট্র্যাডিশন মেনে বামপন্থীরা বুকস্টল দিলো,সেটা গিয়ে ভেঙে দিলো।।

বা কোনো এক দাড়িওয়ালা আইসক্রিম দোকানদারকে ধাক্কাধুক্কি মেরে প্যান্ডেলের সামনে থেকে উঠিয়ে দিলো।। তখন কী হবে??কে আটকাবে??পূজোর জৌলুস কোথায় যাবে??

এতকিছুর ভয় মাথায় নিয়ে দূর্গাপূজা কখনো আসেনি।।

আমি এখনো মনে করি পরিবর্তন দরকার ছিলো,সেটা শিক্ষা, স্বাস্থ্য,চাকরি ক্ষেত্রে।।

আমরা নিজেদের সংস্কৃতির পরিবর্তন চাইনি, নিজেদের খাদ্যাভাসের পরিবর্তন চাইনি,নিজেদের মা কে পূজো করার জন্য ফতোয়া চাইনি।।।

I am a corporate girlie from Kolkata living in Delhi. Growing up all i ate was posto, katla macher kaliya, mutton kosha, chingrir malaikari and what not.

But all I now eat is butter chicken, chole bhature, matar paneer (I am not complaining tho). This is the platter that I MISS THE MOST.

Everytime I go home i look forward to that one day when my mom cooks all this and I devoure it with absolute pleasure ❤️

I wanted to share something that happened in Rishra, Hooghly.

Residents were facing problems with illegal dumping, accumulated drain sludge, and irregular garbage collection in parts of the locality.

Our local team documented the situation and submitted a written complaint to the municipality regarding the dumping and sanitation issues.

The before-and-after photos show what happened afterward:

• 🗑️ Garbage accumulation was cleared from one location.
• 🧹 Drainage sludge that had been left beside the road was eventually removed.
• 🚧 Some problematic areas were cleaned following complaints.

However, the bigger question remains:

Why does it often take a formal complaint for basic sanitation work to happen?

And how can municipalities make garbage collection and drain cleaning more consistent so that residents don't have to repeatedly complain?

We're sharing this not simply as a "success post", but to ask people from Rishra, Serampore and Hooghly:

এরা গুন্ডামি করে বেড়াবে, অথচ গুন্ডামি করছে বলা যাবে না !🤬🤬🤬
