lunch Lunch for my afternoon shifts 🩷
Pasta cooked in homemade salsa with the addition of canned peas, mini ground turkey patties and Skyr with garlic powder.
- I cook the pasta halfway, then I drain half the water and add salsa - that's how I always cook my pasta.
- I add peas from a can at the same time, sometimes corn...
- I make the patty mixture from pure ground turkey, add a ton of parsley, a tablespoon of olive oil, garlic and onion powder, salt, mixed pepper, chilli flakes and curry.
- I make balls and flatten them because they cook easier and faster that way.
- I bake/fry them without oil in a pan. Approx 5 min on each side.
- I mix the skyr with a little garlic powder and salt
And that's it! Very creamy and tasty and very healthy.
