Hi there fellow preppers! Loving this sub and thank you all for the tips and ideas!
I have a huge sweet tooth and I'm a sugar addict my whole life, but I decided to stop eating processed garbage all together and keep my fridge stocked with ready to eat healthy and delicious desserts.
I'm not on any kind of a special diet, nor am I trying to lose or gain weight just fyi - I usually have 2 per day (as you can see some are missing already from the pic) one after lunch and one after dinner.
My regular diet is about 1800 kcal per day so 2 of these fit in without a problem, no guilt and keeping my body healthy and junk free which is my only goal.
So I bought these cute tiny liquor glasses (much better than the plastic catering ones because they are dishwasher friendly and reusable) and started experimenting! If you want I will put some more recipes with other combinations when I make them, but so far I have a brownie and cheesecake combos which I mix and match depending on my mood.
So here's my contribution -
They are mini cheesecake cups around 130g (or 4.6 ounces) and just about 200 calories per cup!
Recipe for 10 cups:
600g zero fat greek yoghurt
120g low fat cream cheese
40g raw honey
200g blueberries
100g homemade blackberry jam
200g Buillon no sugar digestive cookies
If you're not worried about calories you can substitute or mix the digestive cookies with the blended nuts and dried fruit mix!
Just put a handful of dry cranberries, raisins, prunes with a handful of your favorite nut and you can add raw cocoa powder or cacao nibs and make that the base for delicious raw brownies!
Both can last up to 5 days in the fridge!
(Maybe longer I don't know since they never last longer than that in my fridge)
Hope you like it 🩷
