Some friends and I were playing this video game called Big Walk, and we had a big disagreement of which of these two sounds goes from "high" to "low", so I wanted to get more opinions.

Which of the two sounds in the clip best match the description of going from "high" to "low" ?

The split in opinions in my friend circle is similar to the Yanny/Laurel audio or the Blue & Black/White & Gold dress opinion split.
