it was supposed to be “crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside” but really it was just crispy with a side of gummy mess. the chili was suuuuper mid, you can see how the beef is as well… onions were just not there. overall, 4/10. edible, esp as a midnight dinner. will not be buying again, do not recommend unless you are morbidly curious.

Made in the office with only boiling water and microwave. I also embarrassed myself by dropped an egg on the floor.

Searching for junk food down in my cave i scavanged up a jar of homemade walnut brittle i made in 2012. Back then i was experimenting with whatever i had on hand to make candy, i had no peanuts but i did have some walnuts (though may be hickory nuts, i didn't label the jar).

This candy has a bitter scortched flavor but is technically edible. It sat in a jar for the last 14 years, and I'm eating some of it now.

This is an aggressively vegetarian meal (though I'm not one). 3 large eggs with half a tbsp of extra creamy French butter and 2oz of Chihuahua cheese blend, and legumes and potatoes and rice from the microwave. And some 12% fruit juice to unclog the ole arteries.

Even the fruit juice has 4% of my drv of fiber.

needed to throw something together this morning that’s high protein and high fibre with just what I already had because my new medication has been making me feel really sick and apparently more protein and fibre before I take it might make me feel. Less sick. However because I feel… sick… I couldn’t make anything too complicated. Hence the sad egg and bread pile.

A very nice stranger was able to send us a box of MREs to help during my homelessness. It was such an amazing gesture it'll help us get by so much.
