needed to throw something together this morning that’s high protein and high fibre with just what I already had because my new medication has been making me feel really sick and apparently more protein and fibre before I take it might make me feel. Less sick. However because I feel… sick… I couldn’t make anything too complicated. Hence the sad egg and bread pile.

it was supposed to be “crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside” but really it was just crispy with a side of gummy mess. the chili was suuuuper mid, you can see how the beef is as well… onions were just not there. overall, 4/10. edible, esp as a midnight dinner. will not be buying again, do not recommend unless you are morbidly curious.

Toasted potato bread with Kewpie mayo and Hawaiian teriyaki sauce topped with Masubi style Portuguese sausage and melted italian blend cheese.

ARFID and have gone years eating mainly bread (an entire 99 cent 1 foot loaf a day) and gained like 30 lbs in fat, lol. Been looking for alternatives to food i'll actually enjoy, don't take huge prep, n' have frugal ingredients whilst having somewhat proper nutrients so that I can have energy. Only thing lacking is proper fiber, I drink metamucil everyday tho.

Was as big as my face. Doesn't taste like banana bread, taste like burnt brown sugar oatmeal (still tasty to my standards). Became super full after eating only half (didn't eat all day), though, which is a first because I remember being able to fit 3 foot long sandwiches in my stomach a week ago!

Texture was like a slightly dense sponge cake, outer layer had a slight crunch. Combined with soymilk it was awesome.

128g Vital Wheat Gluten

60g Brown sugar,

2 overripe bananas (mine where 250g combined),

the last of my vanilla extract,

1 tsp cinnamon,

1 tsp Baking Powder,

1/2 tsp Baking Soda,

1/2 tsp Salt

I used a slightly modified recipe from proteindeficientvegan; prolly would've tasted better if I had nutmeg. Didn't have parchment paper either, so the dough just rawdogged an oven safe pan I had.

This is an aggressively vegetarian meal (though I'm not one). 3 large eggs with half a tbsp of extra creamy French butter and 2oz of Chihuahua cheese blend, and legumes and potatoes and rice from the microwave. And some 12% fruit juice to unclog the ole arteries.

Even the fruit juice has 4% of my drv of fiber.

Husband said it looked like dog food and it did, but tasty spoiled rotten puppy chow. Beef was Asian inspired, but could have used more seasoning I think.
