Advice wanted (related to small boob issue) Can I wear this? I dont like the side view. I feel like I'm embarrassing myself

I was shopping clothes today, and I've been wanting to get a top like this for so long, but the side view is catastrophic. Like I can't believe I'm actually THIS flat. Do you think this is appropriate for me? I got tired of always wearing basic ass-cut tops or loose ones on the chest area and I wanted to try this out because cleavage in this neckline is one of the sexiest thing for me, but it looks completely off on me. Idk if it only bothers me or this top for my shape is truly a turnoff

Edit: pls stop messaging me creeps I won't respond

Advice wanted (related to small boob issue) Pain from going braless?

I need the perspective of fellow SBW on this. I stopped wearing bras due to problems with finding a bra that fits. I've tried the calculator and consistently get recs for 30 inch bands with different cup sizes. The 30 inch band on my 30A is torturous (just clasped on the last hook around my underbust) so I just don't find the calculator on ABTF reliable for me personally and I've tried it. A lot. And even then, finding something affordable, not underwire, AND comfortable? The stars have not aligned for me in that way yet

I didn't expect to have this problem as I've always seen online "You're so lucky! You don't have to wear a bra!" And idk this constant soreness doesn't feel like it lands on my list of "lucky things in Astrowiggles's life." I was looking forward to trying to relish in something that has been painted to be a benefit of being small. Has anyone else who stopped wearing bras found that there's soreness ALL THE TIME (pretty sure it's not hormone related)? Did you switch back to wearing bras again or is it an adjustment period?

Rant/vent/negative (Sundays only) Leaving Facebook

Until recently I was on Facebook. I removed the app two weeks ago, and this is why. On FB I had joined an “anarcho-punk” community, to which I sometimes contributed. A few weeks ago, I noticed someone had posted a cartoon picture that drew my attention. It consisted of a plus-size BBW with hairy armpits. The slogan ? “f*ck your pedophilic beauty standards”. Now, a lot of us on here are beyond tired with the trope “sbw = pre-pubescent boy” or  “If you like small boobs, you are a pedo etc”. So I politely commented that calling the people who like sbw “pedos” was basically unfair. What had I just done! I was met with a deluge of nasty comments, calling me stupid, bourgeois, there was even a “shut up white girl” (from a cis white man, of course)  as if black women weren't affected by these attitudes as well, as if the treatment of sbw was some kind of first-world problem.

Now, for context, like a lot of you, I was savagely bullied because of my small boobs. When I was 13, some boys tried to throw me from the 2nd floor window. I was mocked, beaten, told the Nazis would have put me in a concentration camp because I was such a freak. "Not a real woman..."

My nickname was “ugly”. My school years were a nightmare and it took me the best part  of 20 years to finally accept my body and realise I was normal, and as worthy of love and respect as anybody else.

For years I drank, took drugs, self-harmed in order to push away the memory of what had happened in school. So there I was, horrified by the comments I was getting for daring to stand for sbw dignity. I felt physically sick. For hours I couldn't relax, my thoughts kept returning to the comments, I couldn't breathe, or calm down. Fight or flight. It was like… being back in school.

And then I thought, hang on, what are you getting upset about ? A Facebook group of people posing as inclusive and tolerant, but really just the same arseholes as everywhere else. A bunch of names on a screen. People I don't know, and will never know. Ghost voices, ranting in a digital wasteland. They are not going to physically harm me, they don't know me, or where I live… What am I doing in this Facebook group, anyway, trying to convince fully-grown adults to act with a little bit of respect? Surely, I could be walking in the forest, having a swim, going on a hike. I have friends who don't judge me… So why am I wasting time on this f*cking app  ? Giving hours of my time to this arena of hate ? Surely, I can do better than that, right ? So I uninstalled the app and immediately, my anxiety faded. And a few weeks later, I'm so glad I did. Social media is poison. It fosters anger and bullying, and a toxic culture of ganging up on others. There's a real world out there, with trees and clouds and animals and books. And most of all, with real friends, who love us exactly as we are.

Let us choose happiness, ladies.  Fuck Facebook. We must not let the bastards get to us.

(disclaimer: on my og post people were posting “rage bait” and calling me a “troll” lmao— the first two pictures i am visibly wearing a push up bra lol. third pic u can see me W/OUT any bra in the same exact shirt. so yes, i am apart of the tiny tit community lmao).

(and if anyone cares, the push-up bra is victoria’s secret bombshell bra. it works wonders. 🙏)

…anywayssss,

i’m a 34 b cup… except my tits are very lopsided and it’s bothered me for years. i literally never see anyone else with boobs like mine irl or online. my smaller boob never fills out my bra and it’s so damn frustrating. 🥲

anyways i was js wondering if im alone in this or if there are other girlies out there like me.

Rant/vent/negative (Sundays only) Giving characters big boobs (rant)

I would like to start this by letting you know that I'm an artist as well. It's really NOT hard to give a character a small/flat chest.

I absolutely hate how artists take small/flat characters and give them massive boobs. And it's treated like an upgrade, like something was wrong with the small build. Everyone praises the so called "upgrade". The ones who have a problem with it are called weirdos or gooners. If a character has big boobs and is sized down, it's called a "nerf" or a "downgrade".

Or when artists are showing characters aged up and the biggest difference is they gave them big boobs???? And nobody bats an eye at it. The worst part is when they age up already adult characters and basically just size up their chest. I'm tired of small chested/flat women being debated if they're adults. If they had big boobs you know it wouldn't be debated

And why is there almost no sexy small boob representation?? I'm sick of it being shoved under the "cute" category.

There's so many big boob mods for games, but there's almost no small ones or flat ones. I am so tired of being treated like a creep for wanting small/flat mods. I want to see my body represented, and if the games won't do it for me, I'll compromise with mods. It's not like I'm troubling anyone by doing that or affecting anyone else's gameplay. All it does is make me feel seen.

Why is it that people will advocate for other body type representations, but not a small/flat chest. And if there is representation, it's always limited. There's almost no body variation outside of muscular and petite. What about chubby? Big? Tall? Flat/small boobs ≠ small frame.

People want women to be slim with big boobs, big hips, a big butt, pale skin etc. I see a lot of people trying to break the mold with a lot of these, but why are boobs treated as so taboo? they're just another body part that women are being expected to have a certain way. Yet if you dare speak out, you're a pedo, a weirdo, a gooner, or a creep.

If you favor small chested characters people question you're motives. Loving adult women is *checks notes* pedophilia

Thanks for coming to my rant

Rant/vent/negative (Sundays only) Trying on clothes, especially tops in stores with friends is a nightmare for me

I get so sad and depressed any time I go shopping with my friends or just mess around in a mall and end up in a clothing store. Everyone collects cute or slutty tops for fun and tries them on. And I'm just so crushed every time I see them trying clothes on and see how their perfectly sized B cup boobs sit in low cut tops, corsets, tops with cups. Usually in the same booth so I see them being so happy, confident, doing silly poses and pictures together. I could never wear these tops because the gap and flatness they would show would be ridiculous. And I just realize this is another great program and experience my lack of chest takes away from me. Simply trying on sexy or silly tops with friends and laugh. Does anyone experience the same while shopping with friends?

Positive Learning to love my small boobs :)

Im a 32 b and for most of my life Ive been so self conscious. I even saved every penny of my first job to get my boobs done. Dating guys that were addicted to 🌽 did a number on my confidence. However my current boyfriend has been amazing. His preference is women with smaller boobs and mine are actually the largest he’s been with which I’ve never heard before lol. It’s lifted my confidence so much and now I’m finally at a place where I don’t want a boob job and will instead put that money towards my masters program :)

Positive Small boobs are beautiful!! + my swimsuit :)

It is not common, but today I am happy with how this (swimsuit) top looks on me!

I don't know where it's from because it was my mom's when she was in college, but the key is that the cups are designed small, and the wiring presses just right on the skin around my boobs so that the top doesn't social-distance itself from my ches haha..

I struggled heavily w body image (the height of it was ~2 years ago), and I know I still sometimes compare myself with other women, but recently (6 months now) I've been eating healthier Foods (tofu, quinoa, boiled eggs, spinach, etc) & i feel more energized & confident in my own skin.

all the girls reading: love yourself and your body, it is your lifelong home 🩷💖

Advice wanted (related to small boob issue) Where to find suits that will fit my tiny chest

For work I prefer wearing suits that fit and don’t like oversized stuff, and I only buy vintage suits due to being petite since I can’t find anything new that will fit. I like wearing wool suits that will last for a long time, but I’m not rich enough to have a tailor make suits for me, so that’s why I buy used vintage clothes, my favorite brand is Pendleton.

The best blazer I have has the pit to pit of only 15”. Another one is 16”, and that’s the max it will go. Anything bigger than that I will look like I’m wearing my dad’s clothes. The thing is it’s very hard to find matching skirts/pants that have a waist of 25-26”. My waist isn’t that small compared to my chest so often times when I find a set with the blazer that will fit me, the skirt/pants waist is always 24” and under. If the waist of the skirt/pants is 25-26”, then the pit to pit of blazer will be at least 18” and ain’t no way it will fit. I have tried multiple brands and styles and it will just not fit. It has to be 15-16” for pit to pit and 25-26” for the bottoms waist.

Anyone out there also likes wearing suits? Where do you get suits that fit? Maybe you can suggest some brands that will let me buy the pieces individually, it doesn’t have to be vintage.

Advice wanted (related to small boob issue) What happens at therapy when you're there for hating your chest?

Hi everyone, as I feel that my hate towards my completely flat chest has taken over my life, I'm considering therapy, even though I can't really afford it. So what happens when you go there? What can they possibly tell you or make you do when you go there with this problem?

Advice wanted (related to small boob issue) recommendations for confidence?

the academic year is about to start and i’m struggling with my self image and confidence. i want to come off as confident and i guess you could say unapologetically proud to be me in my body, small boobs and all. people say that having confidence that radiates from you can make a big difference and i really want to be that person. however, (at least for a while in the beginning) i have to fake it. because this is a new year and a fresh start, i’m kinda desperate for advice on doing this in a way that will be beneficial and genuinely help me to make that confidence a reality. i’m in actual therapy, and i’ve tried exposure therapy too. i started wearing tight tops and no bra when out in public, as well as taking (explicit) photos of myself only for my viewing. this has helped quite a bit but i don’t know what else to do other than maybe trying out some new clothes to find what i feel good in. it’s sorta hard having a small chest and broad shoulders when trying to find flattering clothing though which is frustrating.

does anyone have any recommendations on clothing brands or items that could help to make small chests more flattering that aren’t padded or push ups? or any suggestions on other things to do for self love and gaining real confidence?

Rant/vent/negative (Sundays only) did zara get surgery?

Thumbnail
gallery
69 Upvotes

!! first i really want to stress that i am 100% in support of someone getting plastic surgery as long as it is something that they themselves want, they aren’t hurting themselves or someone else, and they aren’t being forced. !!

there are a few celebrities that i look up to when it comes to feeling good about having a small chest because it helps me to step outside of myself and directly see how beautiful you can be with a small/flat chest, as well as how its possible for others to find a person with a small chest attractive. the representation of small boobs that it provides also has a positive impact for me because most celebrities and influencers have medium-large chests.
some of these celebrities that i look up to are zendaya and zara larsson. they’re so beautiful and seeing them be 100% themselves and look so confident has changed the way i feel/look at small chests (at least a little bit for now, im still in the process of learning to love mine). however, i saw something recently about zendaya where hundreds of people said that she most likely got a very minor boob job, and i’m wondering if zara did too.
personally when it comes to zendaya and zara i understand and support their decision to get surgery if they did, and at the end of the day what i think and how i feel about what they’ve chosen to do with their bodies absolutely doesn’t matter. i’ll be honest though, it does kinda hurt in a way. looking at zara’s recent posts, i feel like her chest looks bigger. i know that push up and padded bras can definitely create that illusion but idk it just looks more real?? if that makes sense? i guess it kinda “hurts” because she was someone that made me feel better and more proud of my small chest which did help me in times where i was very upset and thinking negatively about myself. idk i guess im just a little sad at the thought that more small chest representation might be gone :/

do you guys think she did? or zendaya? or is this just an illusion? does this upset anyone else, losing representation? are there any other celebrities, characters, influencers, etc. that have small chests?
i could really use some more representation to kinda help me with this and would appreciate any that you guys might know of.

Rant/vent/negative (Sundays only) I'm so tired of people saying they with they had my size.

Anytime I make a minor complaint about my size, like how I don't like cute in most tops, someone tells me "awk! I wish I was your size yk! Having big ones sucks" and I'm sure it does suck to an extent I know, but that fact doesn't make me fit into shirts, it doesn't make wearing tank tops or certain dresses less upsetting. I'm just tired of this.

Edit: I meant to put wish in the title not with, autocorrect 🤦

Rant/vent/negative (Sundays only) I'll never feel like a true sexy woman while being naked

I am so done. I'm also on my period which is why I'm over the top and crying my eyes out rn. I can't enjoy nudity and naked sexuality with my bf. Whenever we get naked, I try to avoid getting my top removed, but when he does, I'm hit by a wave of extreme embarrassment and shame, getting so tense even in the inside that sexual penetration starts to hurt. Because I can't relax, can't let him see how unfeminine my body is. My chest is so flat it literally looks like a prepubescent boy. Nothing to grab, no dimension. Letting him see it makes me feel like dying from shame and wanting to cry. He used to kiss and touch them but maybe it's my fault, he doesn't really even do it anymore. Maybe he is done with me gently pushing his hands or head to another place when he tries to arouse them idk, but in my head it translates like "ofc he doesn't care about them because there is nothing sexy or hot in them that would make him want to pay attention to it." I hate that I can't be confident, can't arrange a sexy dance or proudly putting them in his face or guide his hands there. Because with what should I do all of these, air around my chest? We used to speak about them and he said he doesn't mind them but what if he's lying and he just compromised with them because he loves me but doesn't find them attractive. I can maybe tolerate when it's dark but in full daylight? I'm dying when he sees me. I hate this.

Advice wanted (related to small boob issue) Looking for anime or manga recommendations

Does anyone know any anime/manga with positive view on small chested women?

I looked for recommendations but most ones I found getting mentioned are teens and also have a running gag of talking about their body as a gag/ funny joke.

So I'm trying to find something positive instead ✿
