General ✨ I’m deadass going to start worshipping myself

I have found no interest in the abrahamic gods or any religions basically but I still feel a need for guidance from a higher being or a sense of belonging so I decided as an act of defiance or
self love even that I am god to myself now and that I would basically have this belief system where I "worship" myself in the sense that I follow a moral code that makes sense to me and look up to my higher self as a source of wisdom and then feed my higher self wisdom so it can get wiser and wiser through educating myself , eating good food to stay sharp and working out , getting smarter and other acts of self love , I want to know more about such a belief system. Pretty sure I’m not the first person in history to pull something like this , does it have a name and where can I read about it ?

General ✨ Go with the flow or fight the universe?

I give up. I’m not fighting against the universe anymore.

I think I got the message. I’m about to lose my driving licence, and I was going to contest it and try to save it. Then, while I was doing that, my tire blew out in the middle of nowhere, and I had to walk 9 km home.

I’m also letting go of someone who has clearly shown me that I’m not a priority anymore.

It is what it is. I’m not fighting anymore. I’ve accepted it. I guess I’ll just see what fate has in store for me.

this is not a religious post btw. Idk what it is tho sorry

Relationships 💞 In Genders Wars, there's only One Side. The Right One.

In spiritual spaces, the “gender war" is often related to releasing anger for one another.

TLDR: women do not want war, we want vocal acknowledgment that the patriarchy exists and benefits some, while harming others.

When told to release my anger about the subject, it feels a lot like standing on a busy subway while being repeatedly groped by those around you, while everyone else looks away. When limits are reached and you yell, "Stop it!” Finally, someone looks up and says, “Don't be angry, it's not spiritual.”

Even calling it a gender war is detrimental. First, it trains us to treat people as players on a team instead of as individuals. We pick a side by looking at what's between our legs. We then collect stories and “data" that confirm the team we've already picked.

I have been guilty of this myself. I have thrown out statistics, true and researched ones, to raise my “batting average,” because it often feels like numbers are the only real defense I have that does not require going low. I do not want to become someone who manipulates and harms men for advantage. The facts can still be right and still be used as team ammunition. I've realized that feeling like you have to swing that way is part of the problem, not proof you are winning.

Like politics, we've turned sexism into a team sport.

The REAL truth is, we should be taking each and every act as done by an individual, and not a gender. There should be no scorekeeping. We should all just be on “team human”.

Most women do not assume all men will be violent or treat us badly. Most men we meet are not that.

Yet, we also realize that we have always lived in a patriarchal culture. And that is what we need acknowledged most from the men in our lives.

Women are not outside the culture. We reward status, excuse cruelty in our own circle, and sometimes treat men as providers or opponents instead of people. That is not a free pass for anyone.

The patriarchal culture started long ago, so a reality driven woman should put no blame on a man for that culture existing.  But a man should be comfortable enough in himself to be able to acknowledge what that culture has benefited him with, as well as how it has harmed women.

Simply, the part that actually divides us is when men will not admit that this culture exists. This is the CRUX of the issue for so many women. When men see another man being awful, cruel, degrading, predatory, or dismissive, too many stay silent. They look at the floor or change the subject, as if calling him out would mean calling themselves out. A good woman should also stand up for the man being harmed, not leave him to keep score by himself.

Men often bring up the times they have been hurt by women as a counterpoint to a testimony of trauma. That pain is real. Yet, it does not cancel the duty in front of them. Protecting your team, or protecting your self-image, is not the same as protecting the person being harmed.

This is why so many women get upset over the “battle" comments. It's because not standing up for others as individuals is actually a FAILURE OF CONSCIENCE, not a war.

As humans, one of our greatest needs is to be believed and given acknowledgement of our pain. But we have to do that by each individual case, without comparison. We've all been hurt, we've all suffered trauma. But it's the denying of that trauma because we associate with one gender or the other, or we are on the " winning team" is devastating and extremely dividing in spiritual and worldly spaces.

Only when this reality is acknowledged can open communication and true healing begin.

Question ❓ My manifestations are coming to fruition and I’m scared of them. Any advice?

Does this happen to anyone else? If so how do you overcome it?

I manifested my dreams coming true. And I should be thrilled - I am! My most important goals that I’ve worked my entire life to achieve are finally here.

Except, now that they are within reach, I’m absolutely sick. I feel so scared. I’m so grateful but I’ve never felt more terrified, I actually cried when I got the news today. Not from joy but from anxiety. It’s like my body (or ego?) is actively rejecting the things I spent my entire life working towards now that they are in my hands.

It’s as if you spend your entire life wishing to be on a boat, and suddenly you wake up as the captain of a cruise ship. Yes it’s something I’ve always wanted so badly. But now that it’s in my reality, I don’t know how to have the confidence and optimism to fully enjoy it and expand on it. I feel like, “what the f did I do“ and I don’t know how to overcome this. I don’t want to sabotage this. It’s not a bad thing, I guess I’m just scared? I don’t know.

Anyone have any advice?

Question ❓ How do people sit and meditate without their body giving out?

So i am aiming to sit in the lotus position right now i just do crossed leg sitting up straight until i can reach lotus.

I meditate for 10-15 minutes, i don’t like short meditation sessions

but whenever i meditate one of foot goes to sleep, my back hurts trying to sit up straight, i guess i’ve struggled with posture from sitting down all day (I am 19 btw)

I’ve started yoga to help with this but i don’t know, my muscles feel weak.

Its frustrating because i feel i can’t go deep into meditation nor visualize and bring my attention where i want it.

I know people might just say to lay down and meditate but that is not the correct meditation pose, I just need advice on learning to sit in the position without any sort of pain

Philosophy Spiritual Confusion Pushing Me to Derealization

I’ve gotten myself into a really bad existential hole, because a lot of spiritual beliefs have made life feel pointless to me.

I’ve heard these beliefs from different teachers and spiritual frameworks, so I guess maybe I shouldn’t be combining them. But these are the conclusions they lead me to.

1. If life is a simulation and nothing here is ultimately real, then there is no obvious point to doing anything.
A common explanation is that Source created all of this in order to experience itself.
But Source is everything. It already contains everything. If Source contains all possibilities, all experiences, and all of existence, then it does not need to learn anything through me.
And if this reality is basically Source imagining or simulating experience through individual souls, then none of this is actually happening in the way I would consider life real.
That leaves me with the conclusion that my actions, my life, and even my survival do not ultimately matter.

2. If every possibility already exists in different timelines or dimensions, then my choices lose their significance.
If every possible choice I could make is already being made somewhere, then nothing is actually being created by my decision here.
Every outcome already exists.
So whether I choose A or B, both realities exist anyway.
And if all possibilities already exist eternally within Source, then the idea that Source needs us to “experience” those possibilities makes even less sense to me. Source already contains the entire thing.

3. If everything comes from Source and eventually returns to Source, then individuality feels temporary and meaningless.
I exist as “me” for a while, then eventually return to Source.
If returning to Source means losing my separate individuality, then this individual person is ultimately disposable. I am one temporary expression among infinite expressions.
And if Source already contains everything, then I was never necessary in order for Source to know or possess my experiences.
That makes it difficult for me to understand why I, specifically, matter.
It also makes me feel incredibly alone.

4. The spiritual idea of a struggle between good and evil also seems contradictory.
People like Lee Harris, Bashar, Mariya, Dolores Cannon, etc. sometimes speak as though humanity is involved in a real movement from negative toward positive, or as though positive forces need to prevail.
But if everything comes from Source and everything ultimately just is, then negativity is also part of existence.
Good cannot permanently eliminate bad if both are expressions of a neutral, loving source.
There will always be both.
Which means suffering is not some temporary sacrifice we are eventually going to overcome for growth. It’s just this guaranteed fact built into existence itself. And sure you can avoid suffering by becoming detached from the story/emotions, but it’s still hard to go through even detached.

5. Manifestation creates a different contradiction.
The Law of Attraction and teachings like Bashar’s say that our beliefs, state, frequency, or assumptions determine the reality we experience.
I can totally subscribe to “if I have a positive/deserving mindset and take aligned action, then I can attract wealth/good relationships/etc.”
But they make it seem like I’m living in a world where the Holocaust, Palestinian genocide, and Trump happened just because there’s something in me reflecting that reality into the world, and all I need to do is believe differently to quantum jump into a different dimension where none of it happened.
And if that is not what manifestation means, then there is actually an objective reality outside of my beliefs that I do not control.

I used to have a belief system based on “there is no point, and we all create our purposes. We have free will, and after we die we choose to reincarnate or bop around doing something else. We’re all very much real individuals. Source is just another word for energy and not some conscious creator. There is no bad, because once you’re dead you see there’s no need for bad behaviors, and by default the energy/everything is love.” But learning these new beliefs over time have gotten me confused and all of this has made life stop feeling real to me. Are the people around me real, or part of whatever reality my consciousness is generating? And is my consciousness even real, or something made up by source?

I’ve experienced what I would call “enlightenment” before, where everything felt incredibly vivid and I embraced “nothingness” with love and creativity/possibility. So I know these same kinds of ideas do not have to feel nihilistic to me.
But right now they do. Right now, “nothingness” feels lonely. Oneness and nothingness makes everything feel pointless. And I don’t know how to get back to what felt like truth. Also, I do take breaks from thinking about it, try to distract myself, and accept that I don’t need to know, but these same quarrels keep coming up over multiple years.

The idea that life is an illusion makes reality feel fake.
The idea that every possibility already exists makes choice feel meaningless.
The idea that everything is Source makes me feel interchangeable rather than supported.

Please, don’t give answers like “What even is real?” or “The human mind isn’t capable of understanding this.”
I think I need these concepts broken down plainly and literally. Explain to me like I’m 5.
I think a major reason I ended up here is that I tried to make sense of a lot of vague spiritual phrases without ever getting a precise definition of what their specific vocabulary was referencing with nuance.

Question ❓ What are your experiences of negative "spiritual" people?

A great many people meet with those who are not dealing with their baggage and despite their claims of being a developed individual as far as spiritual ideas they are very often driven by their egos. The free range narcissist or other people who are inclined to use others very often derail people's spiritual train.

Throwing people off track or pushing them in a direction that takes a long time to move on from or heal from.

I myself have dealt with a number of people in my life who have been in different ways draining or negative influences. And thankfully I was able to get past them eventually but the effect was drastic in terms of my personal development and self-esteem. People who very often guided me in the right direction but unfortunately they had to be the center of attention. Which then pushed me in the wrong direction, or even down a dark path. Which gates in the way of stability and spiritual development. Many of whom claim to have special abilities and would occasionally brag about some very dark things including curses. Some of whom claim to have extraordinary powers but it's mostly about bragging.

I suppose a lot of it is down to issues of depression with those people who feel especially needy when it comes down to the idea of their abilities. And ultimately moving on from such things is the most powerful thing that we can do as far as those who've been affected.

How many of you have faced similar problems with shallow influences, including those people who claim to be very spiritual?

Question ❓ I have this unsettling feeling fear of death

I know there’s a lot of people saying they had a near death experience, but did didn’t die they was just close to dying? Or was it just a hallucination like schizophrenia.

Or if they did die then, how would they know they actually died, and just wasn’t unconscious.

I experienced and general anesthesia, where my consciousness and my awareness was supposed to go blank. I experienced the nothingness which is a contradiction, I felt and sleep good and peacefully. But there wasn’t an experience behind it. I admit it was peaceful but it did feel good, it felt like I went back to my default state. But again I didn’t experience anything so it didn’t feel like anything.

But this is also a contradiction because there was no experience at all. It wasn’t black or dark, it was nothing. But when I woke up I felt as if I did have a good peaceful. experience of the nothingness .

Since I experienced this “nothingness” which is a contradiction why am I still scared of death?

It’s because I look at life and look at the things I love and even the things I hate, and the things I gone through and even the suffering I’ve endured. I enjoyed everything well not enjoyed but I was in for the ride. And ceasing to exist terrifies me because I have nothing to experience after I die there’s no coming back no reincarnation just lights off I wouldn’t even realize that I just died. It’ll be like before I was born.

That absolutely terrified me. People will be like death is like how you was before you was born, but me I think I should cherish life and the experiences and not go in with that mind set. I’m not a mystical warrior that’s fearless. I am a human.

And some of you guys you wouldn’t know you’re scared of dying until you actually had a near death experience.

Like I’ve had one before but not OBE, it literally was near death… but I didn’t experience angels coming to show me the new earth. I just experienced full on fear on me thinking how am I going to survive, and repeating to myself I don’t wanna die over and over again, and praying to God to save me over and over again.

I can admit that this was a miracle but I won’t say that I’ve seen an angel with big wings protecting me because I haven’t, I just statistically survived, that’s how I see it.

Yes I also had a OBE experience it was slight astral projection but this doesn’t fully answer the question, what happens after I die? Will go to to an afterlife will I reincarnate? I’ve heard don’t go to the light after you die it’s a trap.

I’ve just spent my whole life suffering you think I wanna deal with another BS light trap shit, now when I’m dead ima be lookin confused on where the hell amma go. Oh yeah people told me that the heavens are just false Gods being worshipped.

So where the fuck do I go then, if even the afterlife it’s still deceiving and evil, I’m thinking the afterlife supposed to the place you can finally rest. There’s so much uncertainty. It’s either go to a heaven where u worship a false god for eternity or go to hell or go back to hearth and repeat the cycle.

Since we’re humans I would think we would have the same existential fears underlying in our beliefs, since mainly religious people start praying to their Gods is because they fear dying and going to hell. But I was wrong some dude told me he’s tired of reincarnating he wants to cease to exist and he doesn’t want to experience life all over and again and again. I’m like okay that’s pretty interesting that’s the exact opposite of what I want.

But yeh I have so many questions.

There’s so many questions I have about death.

The only way is dying and finding out.. but it may be too late, or it may not be.

And there’s a whole bunch of OBE and Spiritual teachers, but they all say different things. So how do I know who’s right and who’s wrong?

Question ❓ Anyone whos theist but doesnt believe in structured religion?

i posted this in r/teenager but i want to see what other ppl have to say about this so:

i feel like i see a lot of athiests and anti-thiests in like subreddits or tiktok but like i rarely see anyone who says theyre theist.
what i mean by thiest is basically anyone who believes in god but isnt in a structured religion. like i personally left Islam cuz i dont believe the quran ia a revelation and a bunch of other stuff like being gay is a sin and stuff. but (cuz yknow, i was born and raised islamic) i still agree with stuff like not being a dick to anyone, being kind, midning your own business, and everyone has their own journeys/relationship with god
i just believe in god, i dont necessarily think god is kind but i also dont think god is mean. i think god is indifferent most of the time but also can listen or answer prayers. and i do believe in hell and heaven (it makes me feel better about myself >;3)
but im curious :> what do you guys think of theism (my description/idea of it) and are any of you theists?
im open to any and all conversation/discussion!

Question ❓ Karma?

I feel stuck in life and nothing has been going in my favor for a couple of years but I fear it is due to me experiencing karma for things I’ve done in the past. When I was in my early 20s I made mistakes and acted out of impulse & emotion when the version of myself now would not. I was so stupid and have a lot of regrets. I’m now entering my late 20s and am wondering if it’s possible to still be experiencing karma for those mistakes? Is that what could be keeping me in this loop?

If it is because of karma when does it end?

General ✨ Entering Other Peoples Energy

Multiple times now within the “spiritual” community I have seen others enter another persons energy without consent.

As “energy healers” who have been gifted such a responsibility you’d think they would know better.

For any new comers into the spiritual space, please know that if anyone is to do any energetic work of any kind the practitioner is to ask and receive your consent to enter your energy field.

Any practitioner who doesn’t do this, I would say isn’t adhering to one of the spiritual laws which is that we must not interfere with another’s free will.

The universe sees all, so the law of cause and effect will sort that out. All actions have consequences.

If you engage with any practitioner and your gut is saying no, listen to it. Listen to the signals your body is telling you. You are allowed to say no and you are allowed to seek other opinions and perspectives to do with what it is you’re facing along your journey.

Always do your own research and don’t take everything at face value. Use your discernment.

Have a blessed day 🙏

Question ❓ How I went through DPDR and Psychosis and Panic Attacks all at once

Since, I don’t really want to get a mental health answer, I won’t post it in the normal mental health forum. I want a spiritual response to this or even a mental health response spiritually, and don’t tell me I’m experiencing a spiritual attack.🫤

So yeah, ima begin.

I mainly get DPDRwhen I’m sleeping, I’ll just think about my friends and my family, and how there’s someone that loves me. I’ll even forgot who I am for a brief moment.. it’s sort of a state of me being disconnected to myself.

So I’ll be reminiscing on how I am a human being, I’ll be shocked that I have a hand, or if I have a girlfriend, that loves me, I’ll be thinking in my mind and dissociating with my identity and how am actually a human being having a social life. It will all just seem so strange to me, it just felt like I am a stranger to myself and to the memories that was floating back to me, like my happiness and my pain and my suffering, it’ll feel distant.

In this stage I didn’t really care about it, I know it was DPR, but I only started to care when I had a terror panic attack. While be being in the state of DPR I was thinking about me ceasing to exist, I was reading and listening to existential alchemical books on immortality, and I fell back to deep sleep and out of nowhere I felt, all my nerves firing out once, I woke up and jump leaped across the room in a span of 2s, then I went full terror mode screaming at the top of my lungs. I didn’t know why I was screaming or why I was in terror, it just happened all at once.. afterwards it felt like my life force was flickering.. so I thought I was about to die. Some guy told me my Shen broke and was disturbed and it needs anchoring, but idk what that is or what that means

This caused me to be scared of going into deep sleep or DPDR while sleeping and it gave me pyshosis since it was intense I thought a demon was shooting energy beams at me or trying to enter my body because of how intense the nerves firing which felt like me being electrocuted And no it’s not a hypnotic jerk, I felt the shock in every nerve in my body, and I went into spiritual psychosis.

But now I know it was just a panic attack.

Im doing way better, now. I don’t really need a therapy advice. I just want your spirit view point of this, and has anyone experienced something like this?… even just the DPDR

Question ❓ Im scary good at predicting peoples zodiac sign

Like I mean im correct 90% of the time. When ever i have been wrong its because I either guessed the person's neighboring sign or their opposite sign. And its only the sun sign I predict. Never moon or other placements. I do this all the time with celebrities or sometimes I do it at work. I work in a health care environment and sometimes ill guess a patients zodiac sign.

So for example just now I had a patient come in and I didnt call them in to the room but I just saw them from the room I was in next door and I immediately said to myself "hes probably a capricorn" but then later I said "capricorn or aquarius"

So to see if i was right i pulled up his birthday and low and behold. January 9th.

Is anyone else like this?? What doea it mean if someone's almost always so accurate at predicting a person's zodiac sign without knowing their birthday??

Question ❓ Dreams about death and finding a dead bird in my room

Does anyone have a take on what this could be or had a similar experience? I had a dream about my close friend being killed, when I woke up I checked up on her and she says she was completely fine. A couple of hours after, I found a dead bird (blue tit) in the corner of my room, I thought it was a toy at first because of how neatly its wings were folded but then I realised it must have flew in at night and just died. I couldn’t shake the strange feeling from the dream and the bird on top of that is strange.

General ✨ Creation is an expression of the Creator’s love for intimacy, a love we can’t imagine.

Intimacy means there are two who are not the same, yet become deeply connected.

So for intimacy to be real from our side, there has to be some experience of separation.

Humanity also had to begin without fully developed emotional skills.

We are born able to feel fear, love, trust, sadness, and joy, but we are not born knowing how to relate to all of those feelings in a healthy way.

We have to develop skills like self-compassion, compassion, trust, honesty, boundaries, and how to stay present with difficult emotions.

That means part of intimacy with the Creator is something we actually have to learn how to build.

There also has to be a world where distance from Him can actually be felt.

That distance is not only an idea.

We feel it through pain, fear, rejection, uncertainty, loss, and the feeling that we are alone.

These experiences are some of the ways the hiddenness [separation] built into creation reaches the nervous system.

When goodness is hidden, life can feel random and disconnected from its Source.

The nervous system can then develop survival beliefs around that distance:

“I am alone.”

“I have to control everything.”

“I am not safe.”

“I am not wanted.”

Those beliefs can create even more suffering by shaping habits like people-pleasing, perfectionism, avoiding difficult conversations, addiction, and trying to control what happens so you do not have to feel fear, rejection, shame, or uncertainty.

But the same world that allows distance to be felt also gives us endless patterns through which we can begin noticing the Creator.

That noticing is part of how distance becomes closeness.

Awe begins by noticing patterns that show there is wisdom behind life.

You notice order in nature, patterns in your own mind and body, the way events connect, or how much can depend on one small choice.

The more you notice, the less life feels random or ordinary.

Wonder grows as you see how much wisdom is built into existence.

Fear grows as you recognize that the Creator is here and your choices truly matter before Him.

Humility grows as you realize how little you understand compared with the wisdom behind everything.

Music is one of the fastest ways for the nervous system to feel this awe.

A Chassidic melody can help you feel beauty, depth, longing, and closeness before your mind fully explains what you are feeling.

Talking with the Creator about what you feel also deepens awe and love when you believe He is listening.

Fear, sadness, gratitude, confusion, and hope stop being feelings you carry alone.

They become part of a relationship.

This begins changing the nervous system.

Instead of only practicing control and survival, it begins practicing awe, trust, love, self-compassion, compassion, and relationship.

As awe and love deepen, life also begins to feel more meaningful to the nervous system.

You are no longer only trying to get through life, stay safe, or control what happens.

You begin to feel that you are living before the Creator, that your choices matter, and that your life is part of a relationship with Him.

That sense of meaning helps the nervous system move from survival toward intimacy.

This is also part of what it means to become a co-partner in creation.

The Creator made a world where distance and hiddenness are possible.

He then allows us to participate in building the reality of intimacy inside that world.

Every time we develop the emotional skills needed for trust, compassion, awe, love, and healthy relationship, we help turn a world where separation can be felt into a world where closeness can be experienced.

We are not creating the universe with Him.

We are participating in what kind of emotional and spiritual world gets revealed inside it.

Trust then allows awe to grow into love.

Love of the Creator always contains joy, because love means feeling close to the Source of life.

Love also contains sadness, because His goodness can always be revealed more, and we can always know Him, notice Him, and feel closer to Him than we do now.

As trust grows, felt knowing deepens.

Felt knowing means truth no longer stays only as an idea in your mind.

You begin to actually feel awe toward the Creator and feel in your nervous system that you are living before Him now.

Without felt knowing, you can believe the Creator is present while your nervous system still experiences life as random, threatening, or controlled only by physical causes.

With deeper felt knowing, that truth begins shaping your personality, your choices, your relationships, and the way you experience reality.

This also helps explain why physical life matters so much before entering the world of souls.

In the world of souls, you are still you.

Your personality does not disappear.

You still feel emotions and continue developing your relationship with the Creator [and other souls], but without physical suffering or physical pleasure.

You begin that life with the emotional abilities you developed here.

If you learned self-compassion, compassion, trust, awe, love, and how to work through painful emotions, those abilities help you experience that spiritual reality more deeply.

If there are emotional skills you did not develop during physical life, other souls can help teach you.

So entering the world of souls does not instantly make every person emotionally mature.

How quickly you learn to enjoy that reality depends partly on how well you know how to relate, to yourself, to other souls, and to the Creator.

A soul that knows self-compassion can face truth without collapsing into shame.

A soul that knows compassion can connect more deeply with others.

A soul that learned awe and trust can more easily experience closeness with the Creator.

This gives physical life a unique purpose.

Here, while distance can still be felt and goodness can still be hidden, we develop the emotional abilities needed to build intimacy.

Those abilities do not only change this life.

They prepare us to enjoy a reality where the Creator is much more openly known.

This is one way patterns of suffering can be transformed.

Pain and fear first make the distance of creation feel real.

But those same experiences can become places where we learn to notice the Creator, understand our survival patterns, and transform them.

People-pleasing can become learning to tell the truth with compassion.

Avoiding hard conversations can become learning to stay present and speak honestly.

The need to control can become trust.

Shame can become self-compassion.

As those patterns change, we develop emotional strength and become more capable of awe, love, trust, and deeper intimacy with the Creator.

Chassidus teaches that the deepest pleasure is intimacy with the Creator.

Survival patterns teach us to trust control more than relationship.

Felt knowing [through feeling awe] teaches us to trust relationship more than control.

The Lubavitcher Rebbe taught that every person has a role in preparing the world for the Messianic era [world peace].

One of the deepest ways we do that is by building a genuine relationship with the Creator and helping other people build one too.

One of the simple missions the Rebbe gave was:

“If you know Alef, teach Alef.”

You do not have to know everything before helping someone else learn.

If you understand one Torah idea, ask someone if they want to hear it and share what you know.

The Rebbe also taught:

“We must recount and share with others the nearness of G-d that we experience.”

Noticing the Creator is not only something we keep inside.

When you notice a pattern that gives you more awe, trust, love, or awareness of His closeness, sharing it can help another person notice Him too.

Awe begins the relationship.

Trust allows it to grow into love.

Love contains joy and sadness.

Emotional growth helps us become co-partners in building the reality of deep intimacy.

Noticing turns hiddenness into felt closeness.

Sharing that closeness helps someone else begin noticing too.

And the more distance is transformed into relationship, control into trust, suffering into emotional growth, and private awareness into something we share, the more we help build a world where the Creator’s goodness is revealed.

Question ❓ Derealization

So I know this is extreme anxiety but why? It feels like I have an existential crisis and scary intrusive thoughts of nothing being real or everything out to get me? I had my spiritual awakening back in 2024 and alothough it was scary it was so liberating and beautiful to know we are all one. But recently out of nowhere, I’ve had thoughts of doom. It’s so scary when this happens almost like I feel that god abondended me in this world full of suffering and hate. Why is this happening to me and how do I resolve this. I’m aware this is me not being grounded at the moment but since I’ve never experienced anything like this what could it mean?

General ✨ What if “bad luck” is sometimes just a pattern you can’t see?

I know random things happen, but I’ve been wondering how often we call something bad luck when we’re actually repeating the same decisions without realizing it. Different people, different situations, somehow the same outcome.
Has anyone ever noticed this in their own life?

Question ❓ Cambio dependiendo de con quién estoy...

Question ❓ Specially for neurodivergents, how to not hate yourself?

When you set a time for yourself and a task for yourself and you fail miserably trying to accomplish the certain tasks in certain times that you’ve set for yourself?
How do you not hate yourself be forgiving and kind to yourself?
Specially while you are also dealing with chronic illness and trauma and all of these mixed together with adhd and other neurodivergent issues?
How to accept that this is how I am and one can never function like “normal people” how can we give this complete
acceptance?
I’ve realised that no matter how much someone with adhd tries, they can never seem to reverse their autism or adhd, so how is this going to be forever unfair to live in this society where you’ll never fit in probably and being okay with it?

Question ❓ Help I Think im cursed

Hi guys I’m honestly going crazy and I hope someone can help. I am not super spiritual but I believe in supernatural things. Is there any witchy people on here who can advice me?
Long story short, I’m pretty sure that I am cursed. My whole family has been so unlucky it’s ridiculous this last year. I spend a month in the hospital, both our cars broke down, our water heater broke and repair man keeps postponing. I am 99% sure someone or something cursed me. How do I cleanse myself of this? I don’t want to over do it but I honestly can’t go on like this. White candles? Sage? Midnight nudity? Please help save me I beg!

TLDR I’m cursed, help me!

General ✨ Hot take about vibrational songs

Hot take,

'high vibrational' music isn't really what everyone says it is.

Everyone says it's songs with affirmations, no. Everyone says it's upbeat and energetic songs, definitely not.

Everyone says it's songs with 'frequencies' nah

Why do people say that rock, metal, or other genres other than pop or any other upbeat songs are low vibrational?

Because in my opinion, those songs everyone says are high vibrational and raises your vibrations, they don't work FOR EVERYONE.

If that type of music makes u feel much more confident or overall better, good for u then, keep listening to that type of music.

But the songs people say are low vibrational, aren't always 'low vibrational'

You see, low and high vibrational isn't classified by how upbeat or how many affirmations or frequencies in the song are.

It's classified by how your mind, your body and your subconscious reacts to it.

Pop makes you happy and confident? Good for u

Heavy metal makes you feel better? Good for u.

You see, everyone's subconscious is different. Which is why there's different manifestation techniques for everyone.

Your subconscious doesn't always see 'high vibrational' music as 'high vibrational' music.

Maybe it and your body resonates more with the 'low vibrational' music everyone says.

I learnt that from my own experience.

I listen to certain songs. The high vibrational ones everyone says will lift ur confidence.

I find it odd why it seems to drain my energy and my confidence more.

I find it odd when i catch myself listening to the so called low vibrational music, i feel more alive, like life has a purpose.

That's when I realized,

My body and my subconscious resonates more with that kind of music.

After dropping those so called high vibrational songs and listened to the songs i actually enjoyed and relaxed to,

I became more magnetic. More attractive. More alive. More CONFIDENT with everything, my manifestations, myself, everything.

Again, this is a hot take. It's my opinion and my own personal experience. If u do not agree, don't bother replying.

I am not saying certain music is bad, i am not trying to bash anyone's music.

What are your thoughts and opinions?

Question ❓ Dreamt about a lot of moon and it scared me

Hey so this might sound unbelievable but two days ago I dreamt about seeing moons with different patterns, it was so big. It keeps rotating like the sun and moon cycle but just moons with different patterns and plus ,it was going so fast. There were over 5 moons if I’m remember correctly.
In my dream I kept trying to take pictures and videos but was unsuccessful. Woke up at 3 on how creepy the dream was. Took a piss and came back to the same dream. But this time I could take a short video of it rotating, BUT when i try sending it to my friend it just disappeared?? Not in my gallery. Not in my trash. And by this time im actually scared. I don’t know why I was scared if i think about it now??. But looking back it was so creepy. My mom literally had to shake me awake because I just wouldn’t wake up. Can someone help? Is something trying to tell me something or am I just going crazy. I’m still a little bit shaken two days after. (I can’t wrap my head around why I was so creeped out, it was just a lot of weird moon rotating)
