Why couldn't the fortress be a rectangle?

Im just curious because Spider-man has made several references to superman in comics and tv.

It just dawned on me that every time Clark does the classic shirt rip to reveal the Superman suit underneath, he's presumably ripping buttons off that shirt.

Obviously, it's a comic book and we're probably not supposed to read into it too much (pun intended), but realistically, how many shirts must he go through?

Does Clark have a closet containing a bunch of identical button-ups? Does he come home with another shirt missing half its buttons and fix them himself, or does Lois or Ma Kent occasionally help repair them?

It's such a small thing, but after decades of seeing the iconic shirt rip, I somehow never really thought about the shirts being either wasted or Clark having to continuously buy more. At this point, does a % of his salary go into buying more shirts? lol

This means Dick Grayson is following in Clark's footsteps rather than Bruce's, making it more fitting for versions where Bruce and Dick have a falling out and Dick decides to go his own way.

I saw this video from @the.roanoke.raven on Instagram that was really special and wanted to share, for anyone who needs to hear it.

So in the first picture is Lois caption from supman 19 when she first became superwoman and her caption has the house of el shield. If look at Superman 42 you see the same house of el shield in Lois caption box. Actually we have seen it since Lois got her powers back at the end Superman 31. Lois captions box had a capital L from issue 26 through 31. The rule seemed to be capital L Lois depowered. House of el shield Lois powered but Lois has kept the s shield since the end of dc ko when she was supposed to be depowered again. Lois still having the house of el’s shield in her caption box feels like foreshadowing. Right now I know of only three people that have that Clark, Kara, and Lois. That is why my brain is reading at foreshadowing.

Since we got Eradicator and Cyborg, it feels like a no-brainer or a lost opportunity if they don't give Steel and Superboy at the very least.

As a leader, does Superman stand with all time greats like Captain America and Optimus Prime in any category other than leading by example and having some of the strongest morale? He maxes those two categories but i just dont know if thats enough to stand with the rest, im glad to hear what yall have to say, im trying to educate myself through your input, not trying to be mean.
