As a trans girl I've painted this with so much love! Knowing Petra is becoming so trendy warms my heart!

Hiiiii! So I do pretty barebones makeup right now, I know.😕 I’m not confident enough with contouring and highlighting and I haven’t worked up the courage to consistently do lipstick or blush. But anyway, I have a couple questions for the more experienced girlies and NBs.

1. My eyeliner feels like it looks weird when my eyes are closed/squinted. I try to alter how my eyes are positioned when I’m applying to fix this, but they still come out weird. Am I overthinking? Or are there any easy fixes?

2. How do you figure out which facial features to emphasize? I feel like the only thing I kind of like are my eyes :/

3. How to get more out of my orange color corrector? I feel like my shadow still shows up pretty bad :/ and I don’t have money for laser or electrolysis rn

Voice training, makeup, styling..it feels like everything about me is characteristically female. I'm tall, 6"2, and have a deeper voice. I feel like that always "gives me away". NO ONE ever genders me correctly besides friends who know I'm trans and other trans people. I'm so exhausted. I just want to pass on a daily basis. Its so frustrating. I feel like Everytime I get misgendered I should just go back to baggy clothes because what's the point??? Feels like society just says no to me being the woman I want to be.

Edit: thanks for the kind words. Y'all cheered me up :) for context, I'm living in a new city, super blue, etc....i thought I'd escape the daily misgendering by moving somewhere socially more liberal, but here we are. I promise this wasn't bait! I struggle severely with my self esteem surrounding my appearance. I was put down constantly as a kid for how I looked, and even though I'm pretty now, I haven't quite kicked the self hate. Being trans, at times, adds an additional weight to that original burden.

Hello ! I am a really anxious girl but last week I decided to go to a concert in my hometown with some friends while wearing make up.

It was scary at first but all went well and now I'm really euphoric.

I have finally found the courage to start the process for getting HRT !!!

So I want to express myself more fem but I have no idea and my parents won't really support me with transitioning and my brother is homophobic so I can't express myself to the best I can and I just need someone to help please

I transitioned around a month ago and I've been told I have potential. I really wanna start HRT but dont have money so I need tips for how to look more feminine with the resources I have. Any tips?

I've been on HRT for (soon to be) 5 years now, and I still primarily get assumed to be a man unless it's someone I directly tell otherwise. To be fair Im 6' and my voice is pretty Andro on the masc side, but would still love to hear any advice I could get on how to improve. Thank!!
