From! Hands down the best. Keeps me on the edge of my seat and leaves me in shock at the end of every episode.

I started Wegovy on January 1st ( down 18lbs) and I definitely needed a shot cheerleader of sorts. So I called my daughter and had her give me a countdown. If I chickened out she'd say something motivating and silly so I'd just get it done. Now I usually don't need to call cause I'm used to it but her support and that little 5 or 3 sec countdown she gave me helped. And yes. I also have PMDD and got my period back unexpectedly after it disappearing for 5 months post IVF treatment. It came back with a vengeance and I had to remind myself "this isn't you, it's just your crazy PMDD so breathe and snap out of it!" Other than occasional heartburn. No issues so far.

6 if it's a long flight, 2 if it's a short flight.
