as the title says I'm in need of help with figuring out capture cards:

I noticed that most cards out there require a PC to record and if anyone can recommend a card based on these needs:

• preferably able to record on it's own
• 60FPS 1080p or 2K
• isn't insanely priced

if anyone can help/point me to resources I'd appreciate it
