Seeking Game Recommendations πŸ‘€ [Request] What app or game should I get off play store?

I have Β£4.76 from Google opinion rewards and some of it is going to expire tomorrow. I only use my phone for stuff like texting, YouTube and scrolling through social media. I have a few games on there but don't really play them. My most played game is probably Bloods TD6. I also like shooters, Roguelites, rpgs etc. What's a good game or app to look at that is or less than Β£4.76?

Thanks

DEV πŸ§‘β€πŸ’» [DEV] After a year of work, my old school turn based RPG just got its first big expansion

Azmar Quest is a text based, old school RPG I have been building on my own since 2019. Today I released its first big expansion!

If you have never played it: you choose one of four classes, each with its own abilities, follow the story, make choices that have consequences, and fight in turn based battles. You can also play online PvP and co-op dungeons.

The expansion adds talents for all four classes, five new missions that open at Mastery 10, a new PvP mode, and Mastery levels going up to 50.

Google Play link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.azmar2.sevangames

Feel free to ask me anything, otherwise just enjoy it!

This game has stuck in my head. It was a nice ripoff to the "super hot" game on the pc.... I've tried finding the soundtrack but even with chat gpt I didn't managed to get it.... It has just one loop song but I've never got tired of it to be honest because it's very smooth.. It has piano, chelo or violin with heavy electronic elements...

They've removed it from play Store in 2020...

Help/Support πŸ™‹ bringing my Samsung tablet lite 3 to life, need help

God this was difficult but thankfully I managed to factory reset it. I’m giving to my brother as a birthday present this Sunday and being an old device, I’ve planned to fill it with the most games possible. Turning 8 so nothing too mature, I’m looking for offline games or games with older version that came out between 2010-14 to work on the device. Any help would be appreciated!

Discussion πŸ’¬ My phone screen was the other team

A notification banner landed across the status area just as I reached for a target. My right thumb covered what was left, my left slid off the virtual stick, and the camera moved instead of me. That was the cleanest explanation for my first crowded clash tonight. I had started on the couch because that sounded comfortable.

I had closed the background apps before the ROOC match, taken off the case, and lowered the brightness a little. Stellar Clash still made the phone warm once the screen filled with names and effects. I stopped resting it on the blanket and held it near the fan between pushes. Charger nearby, cable unplugged. It catches my wrist when I play. I tried shorter thumb movements and followed one caller instead of tapping every name that moved. The next push arrived before I could decide which change mattered.

Someone in voice called the next group while I was still holding the phone beside the fan.

Focus mode went on after the fight, excellent timing. I played the rest from the couch. The cross-server Guild League stakes stayed somewhere behind the grip problem. The case is still on the floor; whether the fan helped or just gave my hands another ritual can wait.

Seeking Game Recommendations πŸ‘€ [REQUEST] Story-driven, mystery, and choice-based games for low-spec device (2GB RAM / 50GB Storage)

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for game recommendations for an Android device with 2 GB RAM and 50 GB storage.

I’ve played and loved all the Telltale games (The Walking Dead, The Wolf Among Us, Batman series) and I'm looking for similar titles.

Specifically looking for:

  • Choice-driven / Interactive story games
  • Mystery / Detective games
  • Puzzle-story or adventure games

Since my device has low RAM, I need games that run smoothly on 2 GB RAM without heavy lag. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Seeking Game Recommendations πŸ‘€ [REQUEST] Are there any games where you can actually earn real money by playing?

I'm curious if there are any Android games where you can actually earn real money just by playing.

I'm not talking about casinos, gambling, betting apps, or anything where you have to risk your own money.

I'm thinking more about actual games where skill, progression, competitions, trading, tournaments, etc. can potentially earn you some money.

I don't expect to make a living from it obviously :) I'm just curious to know if this kind of game actually exists and if anyone here has tried one.

Any recommendations?

Seeking Game Recommendations πŸ‘€ [Request] Looking for mobile RPGs after loving Exiled Kingdoms and Caves of Lore.

So, I started playing on my phone because my Job can have long boring downtimes (which can turn stressfull without warning any time). I love RPGs played plenty on PC since I was a kid. The last few months I played Exiled Kingdoms (honestly one of the best games I ever played on any plattform), bounced of of Titan Quest (too repetitive for my taste, not enough role playing and too linear), and recently finished Caves of Lore (also great).

I'm looking for an RPG that is somewhat open world. I don't mind reading and don't care for graphics. I'm agnostic regarding combat systems. Turn based or action both fine. A little grind is ok, but it shouldn't be most of the play time. It is very important that I can pause it any time without problems (because of my job). I can't stand adds and monitization. I preferr paying up front and that is it.

Here is a short list of some of my favorite RPGs:

Underrail

Tyranny

Pillars of Eternity

KotoR

Disco Elysium

Outward

I bounced of quite a few JRPGs, but I'd be open to give them a 10th chance.

Thanks very much in advance!

DEV πŸ§‘β€πŸ’» [DEV] Step Conquest β€” A pixel-art RPG powered by your real-world steps, looking for Android Users

Thumbnail
gallery
0 Upvotes

I’ve been working onΒ Step Conquest, a pixel-art walking RPG where your real-world steps contribute to your progress in the game.

The game is currently inΒ closed testing on Android, and I’m looking for more people to try it out and give feedback before release.

Right now you can:

  • Turn your daily steps into progression
  • Train different activity skills like Marching, Foraging, Mining, Exploration, Alchemy, and Smithing
  • Explore the world and collect resources
  • Choose betweenΒ two battle modes:
    • Turn-based auto battlesΒ for players with limited time
    • Action dungeon crawlingΒ during explorations and expeditions for more active gameplay and rewards
  • Join guilds and interact with other players
  • Upgrade and customize your Guild Hall
  • Work together with guild members inΒ co-op PvE battles
  • Chat with guildmates
  • Compete on skill, guild, arena, and guild-war leaderboards

There’s still a lot I want to improve, so feedback aboutΒ gameplay, balancing, bugs, onboarding, UI, step tracking, combat, guild progression, and anything that feels confusing or frustratingΒ would be especially useful.

How to join the Android closed test

1. Join the Google Group:
https://groups.google.com/g/step-conquest

2. Join the closed test:
https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.app.eighterio.stepconquest

3. Install Step Conquest:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.app.eighterio.stepconquest

If you give it a try, I’d really appreciate hearing what you like, what you dislike, and what you think should be improved.

Help/Support πŸ™‹ Is there an app that combines two controllers into one

So I have an AYN Thor (https://www.ayntec.com/products/ayn-thor) and sometimes I like to connect it my tv and connect my ps5 controller to it but having a second controller creates multiple problems.

First for some android games sometimes it doesn’t like having two controllers connected at once and just won’t take any input when more then one controller is connected such is the case with dead cells. Then there some android games that recognize the ps5 controller but assign the wrong buttons to the inputs such is the case with Hyper light drifter (the built in controller works just fine). Then some games just refuse the recognize the ps5 controller at all such is the case with GRIS. As for emulators they have problems too with both retroarch and armsx2 you have to choose what controller you want to use when you start up the app and you can’t switch until you completely shut the app down. This creates a problem if I’m connected to the tv in the middle of a tough boss fight and have to go out, I can’t just disconnect my Thor and seamlessly switch to the built-in controller. Then there some emulators like Cemu that don’t let you have more than one controller assigned at the same time meaning that if you want to switch controllers you have to reassign your inputs all over again every time you switch. The problems go on and on.

So I was wondering is there an app out there that lets you combine two controllers into one input so that you take the inputs from the ps5 controller and assign it to the inputs on the built-in controller. So L2 on the ps5 controller would equal L2 on the built is controller that way all the games see I just the built-in controller that seems to work just fin.
