I got into my camaro, closed the door, and immediately heard glass falling behind me. I turned around and the rear windshield was completely shattered like this. There’s a big hole near the middle, and both corners/edges have chunks missing.Has anyone had a rear window randomly shatter??

I have my 5th Gen Z up for sale and curious if Im smoking something on the numbers. It’s a full n/a build with shop invoices and dyno charts as well as 24k total miles on the chassis/engine. Black, non ac, and in almost pristine condition. What can I reasonably expect to pull for a car like this.

Ran into this C7 on the way home and he wanted a run. Not sure his mods but sounded like it had headers and when I was behind him in traffic it smelled like e85. I’m at 650whp myself on 91. Gave each other a thumbs up and a smile then went on our way

I mentioned in another post cleaning and detailing on a Friday Afternoon in my Highschool days getting her ready for Friday and Saturday Night cruising.
I'd wash and vacuum it. Maybe a new Christmas 🎄 air freshener. I dontvknow if they had clay backing 1978 but I didn't know about it. So out came the Turtle wax and boy did that go on hard over dirty paint and came off even harder....quite a work out but it looked great and we had a ball cruising it.
Share your High school ride....brings back old memories

DISCLAIMER: Shifter for 1982 models is not the factory Hurst and appears to be model year specific
Hey all. I recently came to possess a 1982 Camaro Z28 305 4 speed. It came to me with the shifter contacting the console going into gears 2 and 4. I adjusted the shift rods with alignment tool in place on the shifter and it didn’t fix the issue. Looking for any suggestions before I bend this thing with a pipe wrench and call it a day. And if it comes to that, is there a way to pull the shifter arm itself and leave the rest of the shifter intact?
Car: 1982 Camaro Z28
Motor: 305 Carbureted
Transmission: BW T-10
See attached pictures for shifter and linkage.
1: Casting #
2: Shifter in 2nd gear
3: Shifter in 1st gear
4: Shifter uncovered
5: Linkage from underneath

I want to start looking for my 2024 Camaro next year. I have a certain color I do like (white) or either black. But I haven’t seen any that’s a great price to mileage yet.

I have a 2017 Automatic 2SS and was cruising today and noticed when it would come at a complete stop it would always jerk right before stopping. It’s as if it downshifts way too late. It did drive a little rough when cruising at minimum speeds but when driving fast car runs smooth. It has 25,000 miles and I’ve only put 6k miles on it. Car records states it had trans fluid changed around 10k miles.

I have a 6th gen 2018 Camaro RS I wanted to switch out the sport mode button due to some peeling on the button it’s looking kind of rough, not a very mechanical person what’s the best way to go about it ? Is it something I can just pry the trim and pull the button out and replace or is this going to be a harder job ?
Just wanted to show off the results of restoring my carbon fiber hood. The clear coat had faded badly and developed these ugly cloudy white spots. I had it polished before, which looked great, but the haze came back after a couple of months.
This time we stripped the old clear coat, prepped the surface, and sprayed a fresh clear coat.
Super happy with the result. The carbon looks deep and glossy again! 🔥
