What is the best way to defeat him or is there a way to skip him I am just so tired of dying from. Him what do I do

Im playing steelsoul and want to get the 100 percent in steelsoul achivement, do i need to save the dude?

This is a follow-up to my last post, and people said i should change some things. im thinking of a spell caster, and in the game, I've just got a double jump.

After getting 100% on Silksong a good while back, I remembered I'd not actually done Pantheon 3 yet so thought I'd get on the case. Trouble is, I now remember. GPZ. I'm in the Hall of Gods and can beat him maybe once every six goes and there's always luck involved. Not good enough. It's now becoming a chore. I can beat everything else in the Pantheon apart from Sly who I've not actually met yet.

I beat Lost Lace, for crying out loud :) And the Path of Pain! And Sister Friede from DS3!

Hello all, I played Hollow Knight over a year ago and only got half way through it. I’m considering starting a new game of Hollow Knight so I can get the full experience by starting Silk Song with the DLC already in it.

Will the new DLC change or add new things in a normal play through or will it only show up later/end of the game? I really want to play Silk Song more than Hollow Knight right now, but this DLC drop has me reconsidering.

So I don't really know how to play music but that's good cause if I start with the immense talent I have I would crack Christopher larkin. I know this because I draw and am obviously using cracks so you can tell me how I do it and it sure will be done in like, 2.34 years

Like, everyone just gives vague hints and whenever someone actually helps, they get scolded. So I am just so confused and frankly annoyed. If someone asks for help, you give help or say nothing at all. No confusing hints. Just the facts.

So i have 164 entries plus hunters mark and seal of binding but the achivement didnt pop up . Is there a way to get it on this save?

it's actually enraging for someone like me to have this be so popular.

very rarely do i get to argue the merits of Rebirth theory, as people read *Rebirth* and immediately think MatPat's theory is clawing out of the grave, and completely dismiss it before reading.

i've found 2 mechanical ways for it to be possible that the Pale King reincarnated, though 1 is much heavier on speculation than the other. this takes into account the Birthplace Memory.

short introductions as i have threads on the subjects already.

1. the Abyss Creature is used to replicate the Nightmare Hearts rebirth mechanic with Joni as the sacrifice. (most speculative)
2. the Kingsoul united is an awakening or partial residual of self that imprints itself into The Knight. or is used as cookie-crumbs to help PK remember there is a *Plan B* after losing most of his mind to the Void in TK.

i can link what i have written if requested, but it's a long read... the thread using the Kingsoul doesn't actually assert rebirth as much as leave it a possible option.

i should probably give my thesis on the Birthplace Memory here, it's a big thing MatPat didn't account for.

the Birthplace Memory is a *dual memory*:

• the *Climb* is TK's memory of events. when he crawled out of Abyss.
• the moment PK takes HK out of the Abyss is the PK's memory bleeding over.

although the HK looks back, i don't believe it's at TK. TK may not exist at this moment in the past. he is looking back at his Birthplace 1 last time before he leaves. PK never even sees TK as he turns around just as he approaches.

this also explains why HK is so much larger than we are by the time we enter Hallownest.

i can go into this further when prompted, i am less trying to prove a theory here. i more want to say there's better ones out than MatPat's... and we are addressing the hard topics faithfully.

I've got all but 4 charms 91% complete. Yet to defeat the hollow knight. Still can't beat it but I've got close. So annoying.

Me being a big brother did not like her being on that offputting game. So i forcefully Replaced it with Minecraft, Silksong, Halo 2 and Far mining because I know they are actually high quality good games. But now she is very mad at me all the time because I am forcing her to play games i like. For context she is 9.

i got like one or two lore questions on my old post about my oc so i figured i'd make a post compiling his questline idea, chances are yall wont recognise me so my oc was the straw thing (little blue cloaked thing with hat and longbow)

the old post did pretty well (185 upvotes as of now hoo wee!!) so i'll try to muster up my strength to make some more art and stuff

It might just be because i'm awful at the game, but i feel like there are some bosses that are harder than people say, specifically bosses that are meant to be on the 'easier side'.

My main problem is with the Dung Defender, i went into the fight thinking it would be extremely easy, only to take about 19 tries to actually beat him.

anyone else have this problem?

EDIT: this isn't a second playthrough, but i have returned to the game after i stopped playing it a couple years ago. i'm definitely better than i was LOL

If you admit the PKs architecture is his own in the White Palace, then you're openly admitting he made these fences in the Resting Grounds in the likeness of the Radiance, and disgracing the fact that the Moth Wing flooring and walls in the Resting Grounds means absolutely nothing.

The PK Stole the architecture and designs from the Moths. I can finally prove it.
