Does anyone know how big channels like tierzoo consistently use copyrighted Nintendo music (from games like smash bros) without getting copyright strikes?

Made this using a combination of the GuyengineV2 plug-in for the ocarina sound and the rest was tracked using my hardware units listed in vid description for those interested.

Hi! I hope this is the right sub to ask this. I've been using the Nintendo Music website on Opera on my laptop for a while now. A few days ago it stopped working and stays stuck on the black screen with the three loading dots indefinitely.

I've seen posts about this happening on the app version but nothing about the web version so I was hoping someone could help me fix this!

I’m sure this question has been asked on here but I’ll just ask it anyway since I’m new. With the release of MKW Free Roam and Three Houses, I’ve been pretty hyped up for content on the app. My current wist includes:

- Majora’s Mask (N64)
- Paper Mario (N64)
- Super Mario RPG (SNES)
- Animal Crossing: Wild World / City Folk
- Pokémon Red/Blue (GBC)
- Pokémon Gold/Silver (GBC)
- Fire Emblem: Sacred Stones (GBA)
- Banjo-Kazooie (N64)
- Earthbound (SNES)

Unfortunately I don’t see us getting Red/Blue music because of that physical music player they released earlier this year. Square also has the rights to Super Mario RPG we likely won’t be seeing that on the app either.

What game soundtracks are you hoping to see on Nintendo Music?

Doubling down on the Nintendo music; this is a DS-era Pokémon game song converted to NES accurate hardware. While stylistically a composer would probably be simpler (but more deliberate and cleaner), this cover seeks to mimic the sound original OST as closely as possible whilst staying NES faithful.

I’m looking for a specific version of Zelda’s Lullaby that is piano only and starts with eight measures before the melody kicks in. I know I’ve heard it and I’ve been searching and searching and cannot find it. It does the regular four measure
Bum bum bum
Bum bum bum
Bum bum bum
Bum bum bum
But then does four more in the chord progression that follows and THEN the melody comes in

So specific but I’m really hoping someone can help! I want to walk down the aisle to this for my wedding next month and this is the version I had in mind!

(I JUST found one that matches but it’s orchestral, but it is by Marcus hedges trend orchestra if that helps understand what I mean by 8 measures in the start)
