Born on 17-10-1987, I feel that everything I do I face struggle. At the same time others get it easily like a job in abroad or promotion. Even when I get a chance the timing will be wrong forcing me to make a wrong decision. Also I have seen I attract number 8 in my life, like my car , phone number, key events like joining a company will be happening on 17 without even me planning it. Many of my friends also are mulank 8.

So I have been getting more strongly into spirituality for a while now, and as a result also have been getting more confused about my identity.

My life path is an 8, which apparently is linked to authority and leadership, yet my zodiac, which I also identify with strongly, is cancer.

I sometimes do feel this assertiveness and sense of lead attributed to the 8 within myself, yet I feel it also heavily conflicts with my zodiac (cancer), which I also tend to identify with.

I am emotionally hypersensitive and can be very melodramatic (mostly in an inward way tho), I also have a strong need to keep my surroundings harmonic and feel very uncomfortable when the vibes with someone are off, it makes me feel at unease and I generally am bad at dealing with chaos/being flexible.

This means I tend to avoid arguments and identify heavily with my own mistakes/flaws, yet I also apparently have leadership qualities, which I sometimes do really feel.

But the challenge to balance this seems exhausting, and in a way I feel like these energies conflict heavily.

If anyone who has a better read on these number energies could break it down more in depth for me, and whether I‘m missing something in my interpretation, I‘d appreciate it lots :)

I am a bit confused about what my mission here really is, on this planet, to be quite honest (if there is one, in the first place…). And also, how compatible the materialistic 8 truly is with spirituality.

I’m not sure if this is the right subreddit to be on for this, but long story short my boyfriend and I just had a really messy break up. I grew tired of him not doing anything and giving up the minute something doesn’t work out for him.
The break up consisted of him yelling at the top of his lungs in the apartment I pay for and supply so I told him he needs to leave and I’ll pay the ticket bc he doesn’t have the money to.
The ticket ended up being $333.01.
I take this as a sign to seize the opportunity I was just given. As bad as it was, and slightly traumatic, I know this was something that needed to happen months ago but I at the time just didn’t think he could survive without my help. This is finally my time to grow without anything holding me back.
I’m not too sure what I expect to get out of posting this but it has made me feel better just typing it out. Whoever is out there and going through rough times, you will make it out!!

If you don’t know how to calculate your Personal Year, here’s how you can calculate it:

Your birth date + birth month + the current year

For example, if you were born on 31st August 1999, and you want to calculate your Personal Year for 2026:

31 → 3 + 1 = 4
August = 8
2026 → 2 + 0 + 2 + 6 = 10 → 1

So:
