Hello, attached is a picture. I have an oxysome leading to a trisome. The little arrows flow to the trisome but i don't know how to tell if the oxysome passes through the trisome and applies to the weapon or not? Could somebody help me figure this interaction out? I like the min/max of games like this but there is so little description i have no idea how to tell if it's actually doing anything in this setup or if i'm just failing lol

I am a bit confused about this and couldn't find an answer by searching around. Is there any disadvantage to putting a weapon in the middle, single weapon slot? Are the bilateral slots that create two copies of the weapon simply double the damage for no extra cost, ignoring inaccurate shots? What's the consensus on this choice?

I don’t know how to finish last two achievements. Tried a lot of times. Necrosis at some point left me with no weapon, metamorphosis gives me so trash setup and I’m dead again.

I am trying to get to the brain boss for the first time, and I am at a loss for ideas. I have defeated the intestine boss about 20 times now with an overcharged antenna, and only a single time did the vein spawn to allow the continuation of the brain quest. All information, including posts from the developer, has indicated that the antenna guarantees the intestine vein will spawn. Is this a bug? Is there something obvious that causes the vein to not spawn? Do I need to beat the intestine boss without taking damage to force the vein to spawn? Need help!

It has two chest in the secret room, but one of the chest contains 8 hearts. Anyone had this before?

stars, i love vesicle so much... had that thing on overcharge 6x for basically the whole game and every single kill counted towards the phagosome upgrade :3

for some reason the galvanic flagellum was doing crazy damage at the beginning of the run so I made it my "main" weapon. as the run progressed I did some shenanigans with vesicles and was able to get the run really off the ground. my crown jewel was a autolytic oxysome, which absolutely slapped.

The Lightning actually carried (I had 80% split chance)

How do you upgrade an organelle to mythical rarity? The game seems to stop at legendary for me. Do I have to unlock something first?

Funny thing I made the last post in the same time I learned there are complement proteins in lungs, but I overlooked these proteins. Cuz as far as I know there's only one protein in heart, active C3A, which is absent in not only the lung, but also skin and the brain. Until when I shower, I remembered I updated the last heart enemy list and added inactive C3A. Then I checked all the organ lists, all of them stands a regular C3A.

complement proteins in lung and heart are incredibly rare, the next least thing you would expect is neutrophils exist in heart, or maybe both armed t cells and explosive worms exist in the brain but both only in that same specific room in specific wave.

Hi, when I get to the liver boss/stomach boss my damage drops below my base (161 epic rarity perforator tendril) for the Helminth specimen. Why is this and how can I fix it. I have antibiotics on low. +1 penicillin, 1 (+20%) macrolide, 1 (+15%) tetracycline, 2 (+4) carbapenem.

During the start of my runs im doing like 250+ damage per melee attack. Then when I get to either the stomach/liver (its happened twice) it just loses most the damage. Maybe because im notovercharging it enough?

Anything would help, thanks.

Anyone have or can link to a list of what unlocks each pathogen has? Pathogenic is new enough that it’s pretty hard to find something comprehensive.
