My wife and I recently signed a lease for a 1BR in Nob Hill, but we unexpectedly need to relocate back to NYC. We’re looking for someone interested in taking over the apartment.
**Location:** Washington St near Polk, Nob Hill
**Rent:** $4,500/month
**1BR / 1BA**
**Approx. 800 sq ft**
**Lease through:** August 31, 2027
**Available:** ASAP / flexible
The main reason we chose the apartment is the **large private backyard**, which was surprisingly hard to find in this part of SF. It has a plum tree and enough space for outdoor furniture, plants, etc.
The apartment also has:
* Hardwood floors
* Lots of natural light
* Good-sized living room and bedroom
* Laundry in the building
* Refrigerator, stove and microwave
* Great location near Polk Street, Trader Joe’s, restaurants, coffee shops and transit
We have a dog and management approved him, so pets may be possible subject to management approval.
Just to be completely transparent: **we are the current tenants, not brokers or property managers.** We are not collecting application fees or deposits. Management is aware that we are looking for a replacement tenant.
Anyone interested would go through the property management company’s normal approval/application process. We’re simply trying to find a qualified replacement because our plans changed unexpectedly.
