American culture puts a HUGE emphasis on African history, the cultures slavery destroyed, the people displaced, and the generational aftermath (and rightfully so!!!).
Yet Americans barely acknowledge the Arab/Islamic-world slave trade that has devastated Africans for centuries - and is supposedly ongoing to this day.

If Americans care about what slavery did to African people, why omit this?

Asking for a purpose.

I don’t care about the person I just want to know about what the metal would end up looking like or if it would end up being largely the same.

Some colors become associated with particular social classes or fashion traditions, but it’s hard to know how much of that is real versus an old stereotype. Is avoiding brown actually a convention in certain wealthy circles, or just a fashion myth?

So, Halloween is coming up, and i was thinking of being L from the anime Death Note, it's my personal favorite across most shows, i really enjoy his character and how he acts, i have quite the build like him, black hair, somewhat tall, sort of skinny, and have clothes similar to him, though i can't speak normally like him, especially with the quiet,monotone voice that points out specific things and uses old english words.

Can 𝗂 train to speak similar to him, or not,and how long would it take?

(also not being able to say, "𝗆𝖾, 𝗆𝗒𝗌𝖾𝗅𝖿, 𝖺𝗇𝖽 𝗂, is sort of weird.)

That’s what I’m trying to find out.

The idea is simple: 300 people, 300 pages. Each person gets one page and can put basically whatever they want on it — a story, art, photo, poem, random thought, business, anything.

Then all 300 pages get combined into one real published book.

Right now I’m just trying to see if enough people are interested before actually launching it. Signups are completely free — I just want to see if we can get 300 people who want to be part of it.
