But when I opened the package I had seen they were shipped in napkins, inside of an envelope.

What are the odds of long term damage from ESD, and should I return them and ask for a refund? I have not tested them yet.

I have a 144hz monitor and have my refresh rate set to 144hz in windows. In some games the free sync eliminates all screen tearing, but in some
games only vsync will stop it. Even if I cap the FPS. My problem is that when I use vsync it won’t go above 120 fps. How do I fix this to get those 24 extra frames?

I connected my PSVR 2 to my pc and then went to stream a game on discord, all of a sudden everything froze. So I sat there for a minute or so seeing if it would unfreeze (It didn't) so i reset my pc.

Once I reset my pc I realized my main monitor wasn't on (which my only monitor on a display port), I carried on and tried setting up my PSVR 2 and when I was setting it up it said something along the lines of "Display port connection not detected"

I once again decide to reset my pc, but this time I had power cycled it (Google AI said to), which also didn't work. So I go to open up the AMD app and it had an update, I then go update it and it didnt work, I try again 5 or so times and I kept getting the same message.

That gave me the idea to check Task Manager, just for me to see my actual graphics card isnt even showing up, and my pc is running off of my cpu's internal graphics. My GPUs light is on too so its not off.

Someone please help me, would be very appreciated

My bluetooth often turns itself off, a restart usually fixes this but it's happening more frequently now. I have no external antivirus software as stated in that post, only Windows' own.

I only use BT for my mouse, which does NOT have a USB dongle to plug in to connect it via BT, though I have ordered one now because this issue doesn't seem to be going away and I'm hoping having a dongle will fix it. also, if I turn the BT off myself, I'm not able to turn it back on. I can flick the switch but it just greys out and doesn't actually turn BT on.

I have an ASUS TUF gaming laptop if that means anything in context of the problem.

I have tried:

-disabling and enabling BT on device manager

-uninstalling and installing an updated driver from the ASUS website

-turned off power saving options that causes BT to turn off

-restarted BT support services, also toggled it to run automatically

also:

when BT gets turned off, often device manager lists one of 3 things each time: "the device is working properly" "there are no drivers installed" or "code 45"

I’ve had my SanDisk 512 GB flash drive plugged into my desktop computer for years, and for some reason now my computer recognizes that the flash drive is connected, but I can’t access or see its contents. When I try to click on it, it says it’s write-protected.

The contents are really important, there are family photos and videos we’ve been taking for years. I want to recover the files without resetting the flash drive— is there a way I can access the files?

I tried to do some research before writing here, but the topics were really old and they were talking about formatting the flash drive. I don't care about the flash drive, I just want to recover the files.

I'm using a Hyper X Quadcast 2 as my microphone and out of the blue it stops working. For some reason I have to press the mute button on top of the microphone and mute then unmute it for it to actually start recording whenever something new starts recording my voice. I have no idea why it won't record automatically and it's real annoying to deal with every time. Hopefully one of you can help me remove this problem.

My mouse keeps not wanting to click on anything or just stuff in my taskbar in tried everything I see on google and this subreddit but nothing works from the ctrl alt delete escape method to reinstalling the mouse drivers and different mouse does not work I’ve scanned my software with sfc/scan now nothing seems to work and it’s getting frustrating I just want anything that could fix this cuase I need to be able to use my computer not just for games but for my college work please any help would be appreciated

I have been having some serious trouble with it this, l have watched like 20 videos to try and figure it out, l tried to contact steam and got no response so this is kind of my last resort. To give some specific info l have a m4 Mac air and I have it connected to my monitor through an hdmi adapter. I have an Xbox series x controller and I have steam download and I have Minecraft download and paid for. What I can't seem to figure out is how to use my controller in game. I have a layout downloaded from community layouts for controller settings on Java. ( this might be the problem but I have tried multiple and none work at all). I haven't purchased anything on steam yet, I saw somewhere that you need to purchase 5$ worth of content to gain access to community features but I don't think that's is either. Can anyone help me with this issue?

This August I have been experiencing so many BSODs, even today. I have no clue whats causing it. I was considering maybe my second SSD was causing the problem but even with it removed the BSOD continues. When I go to the boot menu I don’t see my primary SSD anywhere, but when I plug back the second SSD suddenly both appear.

Also for some reason the second SSD doesn’t appear when it’s only installed by itself from the motherboard. I have to use an Adapter to make use of it. I will also like to say it does have windows. Both of em do.

Hey yall, I’m having an issue with Bluetooth on my Windows 11 PC. Since I reset the computer about a week and a half ago, my Bluetooth has been behaving unpredictably. Before the reset, it worked completely fine.

After starting my PC, my Bluetooth earphones or headphones work normally for a random amount of time - sometimes only a few minutes, other times several hours. Then the audio suddenly stops, followed by the Bluetooth disconnect sound. After that sound windows still sees the device as connected for a few seconds, up to a minute.

When I try to reconnect afterward, it sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t. If it does reconnect, it usually disconnects again much sooner than before. This cycle can happen a few times, until eventually the device will no longer connect at all. When I try, Windows immediately says, “Couldn’t connect.”

After that, I have to restart mt PC to make bluetooth working again. (and restart the cycle)

This is what I've tried so far:

- In device manager, I disabled and uninstalled every bluetooth driver/adapter

- In device manager, I tried updating bluetooth drivers

- On the support website of my PC, I manually installed the bluetooth drivers (they seem the same)

- I've checked for windows update and my PC is up to date

- I ran the troubleshoot and it literally found and did nothing

- Completely removing the bluetooth devices and reconnect

- Turned on "Allow Bluetooth devices to find this PC"

- Unchecked "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power"

- Set startup type to "Automatic"

Hey all, I'm having some difficulty moving photos from phone storage to a hard drive. I'm transferring photos with file explorer from a Samsung S25 using a USB C to USB C cable. (also tried a different USB A to C)

When I try to find photos, it only shows Aug 17 2026 to present, nothing earlier. As far as I can tell, I'm in the right spot, Internal Storage > DCIM > Camera. I already have the USB set for file transfer. I have a screenshot of that, as well as the path from the photo data, but can't seem to attach to the post.

Hello! I’m an art student who uses their iPad often for projects. A few days ago my iPad stopped working for almost no reason at all. I tried charging it for an entire day and forcing a restart but the screen was just black. I went to a few tech stores and they told me to just get a new iPad rather than getting it fixed. One store told me the motherboard was probably broken.

I wanted all my iCloud information from my old iPad to transfer to my new iPad but there’s just no iCloud backup. When I tried to do it, my phone was basically one of the only options to backup from. I’m just not sure what to do because I need my old IPad since it has all my projects and artworks that aren’t really on anything else.. there’s just so many memories and work that I can’t just throw away :( please help me!
