getting my life back

i have recently lost every person i once knew my on and off relationship that ended terribly, all of my friends that i worked so hard to for.

i have issues with meeting people i go to therapy for it and its not looking great i always distance myself from the people i love when i finally get them to love me back its a problem ive been dealing with my whole life i met this guy online we kind of dated but everytime i push him away some time ago we stopped talking since he messaged a minor as an adult and i think i made the right call by ending things with him and not forgiving him but i still feel empty i cant handle waking up and not having anyone to talk to and id like anyone to help me by giving me advice on how to find people either online or offline i might seem like a red flag when i say i push people away but its a temporary thing and im getting the help i need to overcome it.

now im trying to get it all to work out im waiting for the school year to start so that i can make friends hopefully but im bad at that too and im trying to make online friends by looking through those meeting tiktok videos but its hard since most of them already have someone. this might sounds silly but its truly ruining my life any advice or friendship requests will be appreciated and thanks a lot for reading.

I feel so depressed and lonely. What do I do?

I’ve been feeling really depressed and lonely lately. I don’t really enjoy anything anymore… I can’t even listen to music or watch movies I just don’t feel like doing anything
I also don’t feel like I can talk to anyone around me about this because I always feel like I have to act strong

If you’ve been through something like this what helped you get out of it? I could really use some advice.

Loneliness

Hi everyone not sure where else to put this. I used to be a party animal. Drugs. Alcohol. Women. The lot.

I used to think I was surrounded by loved until I realised I was making myself feel loved and happy by vices I had to keep chasing and it was draining me.

I also had to come to and face the fact I wanted to die and the partying was a distraction because I thought I would do it or someone would punch me or run me over or something.

I realised I needed help and spent some time in the mental hospital. Got meds and found out I had bpd undiagnosed for years.

Since then I’ve been cutting off fake friends, women and family and trying to be a normal functioning fucking adult.

Doing an okay job of things as I am now back in full time work, living by myself and slowly coming out of party debt and saving at the same time.

But dawg I have no friends maybe 1 and (just a friend) she lives in another country now. Other than that my phone barely vibrates I feel so alone man fuck. I meet women and they’re unhealed and I get disinterested.

I don’t get invited to anything and the last party I went to I was surrounded by uni “friends” - the drunk me let out how I felt about people and since that night they haven’t messaged or anything (which I don’t mind cause they’re all fake so alcohol acc helped then lol).

But yeah alone as fuck I’m 29. I’m trying to make peace with it. I rarely drink now. Stopped weed although considering it as a vice again. I’m super locked in with gym 75kg lean from 120kg at my worst depression and BPD.

And I don’t know where to turn to.

Turning your life around did any of you experience something similar?

How did you cope? Any good online spaces to meet friends or women?

I’m slowly becoming old man Logan and I’m not sure if that’s a good thing or not.

My career is beginning to thrive and my money but it seems the cost is the loneliness please brothers advise a younger brother on this journey out I’m trying my best. 4 years in in this bitch and I’m not quitting. So I need advice and I need guidance. Thanks for reading
