Deleted and reposted so I dont dox myself. Hello all, I wanted to share some photos of my best friend of 7 years. Koda! My boy has given me so many loving memories and smiles so I wanted to share them with you all. Koda was diagnosed with cancer this weekend and they say he has only a few months left. So I wanted to share his sunshine with you all and to hold your pups close and tight. Even with this warning I dont think I'll be able to hold on well. Love you Koda and im going to do my best to make your last few months with me the best.

My puppies! Wanted to get cute baby photos to make the social media announcements to friends and family.
First one is my boy Ned, he came home December 7, 2017 and took a couple weeks to get a photogenic snow. Really glad I got this one while he was still a puppy and in time for the Holidays.
Second one is my sweet monster Pearl, she came home July 3, 2020 and photo was the same perfect summer day.
So glad I was able to get these, and I love that their personalities are right there in these photos.

We (derm & I) are working on helping Skorri with ZRD affecting her paws with some pretty intense hyperkeratosis. She has been on zinc supplements for about 1 month now and I know it may take *up to* 6-8 weeks to see noticeable improvement; also applying a gel to help soften the hard tissue and help it slough off better. She has also developed some little wounds or interdigit cysts (we're unsure 100%) that is being treated with topical steroid.
She hates the cone, like most pups do, but I need to keep her from obsessively licking her front paws until they're better so I got her these breathable booties to wear. They're actually working out really well and her paws are slowly improving. Her derm loved them and plans to recommend them to others and everyone at the hospital had something to say about Skorri and her purple shoes!
Her current walks are short, just down the block and back for a little sniffari but we had the funniest comment from a kid who passed us by yesterday. He sounded SO distraught when he lamented how he wished his dog wore crocs.

I have the chance to adopt the mom of my current 6 month old dog. She's a grooming client of mine, which is how I got her puppy, and the owner of the mom recently told me that due to life's circumstances, they're needing to find her a better home. They said they thought of me because of how much Bailey already loves me. I can absolutely take her on, but is it smart to do if I have one of her puppies? I'm worried, I guess, about their bond. My thought is it may turn into a "littermates syndrome" situation. I don't know, but that's why I'm here asking advice! I would LOVE to take this girl on. She's been a favorite client of mine for years, but I want to make sure I do what's best for her and for my pup!
First pictures are her, the last picture is her son (my dog)

Hi everyone! I am soooo new to husky/husky mixes, but not new to dog owning. We are a cane corso family and have been for quite sometime. We used to foster and rescue dogs, so we have truly seen and heard it all, as well as been exposed to so many breeds and mixes! I’ve always found huskies to be so fascinating and absolutely hilarious with their mouthiness 😆 if you know anything about canes, then you know they can be just as loud and opinionated!!
I stumbled upon this baby (and her siblings) recently. It’s a husky mix. I don’t know why, but this pup is speaking to me! With dogs, sometimes you just know when it’s fate and I feel like this is meant to be.
I know I can google all the things, but I’d love to hear from husky/husky mix owners about all the ins and outs of this breed! Owners can tell me far more than google can. What are lesser known things about the breed? What’s your favorite thing? What’s the least desirable trait? What is unique to this breed?
*She won’t be coming home until she is old enough, so no worries there 🥰

The husky derp definitely shines through in him, but you must excuse it because he's definitely got ~rocks for brains~
