Not much has changed for us this time around. Some things got cheaper, warlock skyrunners got more expensive. I don't think it's enough to make much of a difference, but we'll see how it plays out with the changes to all the other factions.

Hi guys! I wrote about my terrain set here before and after finishing work on my new one I found some time to add footprints to my old set. If you already bought any model which is a part of 11th ed. bundle check object files and you should see new files there to print them. It's also have been added to 11th ed bundle, so check your library for a new object, if you already bought it. If you supported kickstarer a while back I also uploaded it to a google drive with all the files. You'll find it in a 11th ed update folder. If you're also a fan of aeldari edgier cousins you can check my new set here and get a 25% discount with a code "Canaragh25" : https://www.myminifactory.com/bundle/5533/Battlefield-Canaragh-Dark-Elves-foldable-terrain-set-for-11th-ed
Also here's a old set which you can get on a summer sale with a 20% off with a code "SUMMER26":

The Phoenix Lord, battle ready for their first tournament next week-end under the Minoa banner
It was a joy to paint them, hoping they will be the deadliest in their next battle :)

Self explanatory, John McDude from Space Marines is a million times better than the fucking GOD OF WAR.
Just wanted to rant about the fact that even with the Avatar being a cheap good choice I still find myself noticing how ass it overall is. Not a single keyword on the melee profiles, no utility at all and the half damage thing is barely any good when everyone just deals mass amounts of D3. Even in Aspect Host, you only really get rerolls of 1 to hit OR wound. Plus no access to any real good stratagems for him.
Did Eldar always feel this awful to play or did I start playing at a horrible time? (End of last year)

Poor Fire Prism has been painted 3 times now, but I think I am happy with this scheme! Time to go test it on a WraithKnight 🤞
Ps. Sorry for the poor photo quality.

For a series of upcoming painting challenges I decided that Eldar would be my subject. I decided to go for Iyanden and I hope I did them justice!

I wanted a nebula/warp type vibe for the lenses, without having to spend hours glazing it

I had been looking for a way to incorporate infinity’s lament in a way it could be put on the table without being removed from its base. I settled on this. Lmk what you think
Took a very long time in-between work and life, but my first box of space elves is finally fully painted!
The idea was that it's an offshoot of Iyanden travelling with Yriel, so they keep the aspect colour scheme, adding some of the turquoise-bone-red from the eldritch raiders box, which is the next box I'm going to tackle.
Those are my first painted minis, so all sorts of advice and improvement suggestions are welcome.
I got the old metal sculpt of the Death Jester to add to my Corsairs army, and I’m overall pretty happy with the job I’ve done in painting him up.
My one thing I’m unhappy with is the weapon; I left it until the end as I couldn’t decide on the colour, then just ended up edge highlighting quickly and leaving it at that.
Does anyone have any better ideas for it, without taking too much attention away from the skele-face? I’d thought bone coloured, but I’m worried that would be too much for the dark scheme.

Memes aside, how muscular is Maugan Ra in comparison to other Eldar? How muscular is he in comparison to a First Born Marine?
Like is he actually beefy in lore?

Coming from world eaters and think Eldar models are awesome. My concern is I keep hearing they just don’t kill anything. Obviously killing isn’t everything but want to know in a casual setting are they truly that low on damage. Guardian battlehost seems like it could be a fun detachment but don’t want to invest then be disappointed when I kill 1 enemy unit a game

I saw the work of u/GrabEmByTheYuumi painting his whole army and wanted to try it myself. Here you see my first attempt.
Color Steps:
- black primer
- Vallejo Game Color Magenta Fluo
- Vallejo Game Color Abyssal Turquoise
- Vallejo Game Color Aquamarine (darkend with black)
- Vallejo Game Color Aquamarine (lighted with white)
- White with a little Aquamarine for Highlights
- Vallejo True Metallic base and light for the axes
I applied the Magenta over the whole surface, but not into the deepest grooves for them to stay black. Then, with every step, I applied less and less pressure to the sponge. Especially the highlights are no more than a very light tab.
Note: I love the Vallejo colors for their texture und visual outcome. Only the magenta is to fluidic, it could be thicker.

I'd l love to run them. The models are cool, the stat line suggests flying Melee, and they have good ability to cover ground. The issue is have is they are less survivable than normal elves without an invuln. Ap -2 always goes through. T3 means alot of guns are on a 3 or 2 to wound. 1w means even the weakest attacks are deadly. Add to that the str 4 weapons and they feel underwhelming to play. The question i have: what is so they have?
