Genuinely thrilled with how these pictures came out
That first picture is probably the best picture taken of me ever, I wish we had more time that day. As a fellow photographer it was also a great learning opportunity to see another photographer touch up the lighting, skin blemishes/texture, etc.
Anyways, incredible hair day. Manifesting another one sometime soon.

Awkward phase⦠forever?
I decided to grow out my hair back in June and this is where Iām at. Every time I feel like Iām in the āawkward phaseā it gets more and more awkward lol. I donāt think Iām cut out for the flow.

Do you think very short hair like in the second photo suits me better than longer hair? All of the photos of myself are old, but the current length is closest to the first photo.
Or should I get it cut to a middle length, like in the rest of the photos of myself I included?
The photo at the end is one I found online which I'd like to use for inspiration and show the barber, but I'm 26 now and I feel really fat and gross and uglier and I'm not sure if a "pretty" hairstyle really could suit me anymore, and maybe I should just embrace a more simple and masculine hairstyle and look? Like a super short haircut, like in the second photo.

I was told I belong here. 10 year progress.
I was always known as the āhair guy,ā but got sober, kicked addictions, got fit, and started actually caring for my hair after it started falling out. Curl cream, vitamin D, a healthier diet, regular conditioning, nizoral shampoo, and detangler got my hair in the fine condition you see today. I started going grey in my early 30s, and now I guess Iām a Witcher.

Curly or straight?
Also do I qualify to be in here?
Curly is natural. Straightened was with heat. Personally I love the straight look, but itās such a pain to not be able to wet my hairš«. Lmk your thoughts please! Would a keratin treatment be worth it?

Welder flow
Just chilling after a long day, hair's a little wild but that's how I like it. Check out the ink on my arm too, still loving it!

Donated my hair to charity
Been growing it for 3-4 years now, but as Iāve been on a hard diet and exercising Iāve started to lose hair which is fairly common, I though before I lose more I should donate.
Iām donating 12 inches of hair that will help being made into a wig for children with ailments affecting hair (alopecia, cancer etc), I know I can always grow it back and a child will get so much more happiness than I ever could from it
Unsure if this is allowed in the rules but theyāre called the little princess trust - theyāre based in the UK I believe, but if youāre in a safe position and can make a donation please do

How do I look more masculine with long hair?
I'm 17yo M, so having long hair really doesn't help a lot, but I really wanna keep it long. I don't really grow facial hair, so that won't help, but the fuzzy hairs on my upper lip are plorbably the only way people can see I'm a guy. If I've shaved, I look like a girl and I really can't blame people for thinking that. It's just not something I want.

14 months since my last haircut. Hows it looking? How can I better control the frizz?
Normally shampoo 2x a week, condition daily. Use coconut oil curl cream and argan oil of morocco spray as its drying.
This is the 2nd time I grown it out. I had it past my shoulders back in 2022, but cut it short to try something new in 2023
