4 months palang ako sa work ko pero nagresign nako. Few weeks mula nung magwork ako dito naging sakitin ako. Walang benefits like hmo so mahirap magkasakit talaga. I worked as a clinic nurse with 13-14hrs shift everyday, no fixed day off. Pinaka matagal kong work siguro 20days straight duty 14hrs shift yun.

Matagal ko na gusto magresign dahil sa health related reasons na rin, ang hirap lang kasi no work, no pay kami. Kailangan pa hanapan ng araw na aligned sa sched ng ibang staff para di magclose yung clinic para makapag day off. Nagpasa ako ng resignation letter ko kahapon (8-31-26) kasi mukhang bibigay na rin yung katawan ko dahil sa work. Naisip ko lang din na hindi naman din sila ang sasagot sa pang hospital ko kapag may nangyari sakin kaya Im looking na ngayon ng work may benefits like health insurance. And tbh, nakakapagod na rin talaga maging nurse dito sa pilipinas. Overworked kana tapos underpaid pa. Samahan pa ng mga coworkers na bully. Im shifting career na rin kasi di ko na nakikita sarili ko sa field na to. It’s just sad na yung pangarap ko pala ang sisira sakin ngayon, physically and mentally.

I saw the price drop sa Beyond the Box and decided to buy an iPhone 17 Pro after 2 months of thinking from a second hand iPhone 13.

This is my first big adult purchase this year. More to come!

first time I acted this way yes. as someone who loves the spirit of Christmas, every birthday I'm so happy because it’s my birthday + it's also the ber months (it's Christmas in the Philippines lewl)

but here I am now crying LITERALLY because I thought I wouldn’t make it to 25. I’ve been depressed since I was 13, I still feel the pain till now. I thought I wouldn't reach 25 because I was going to take my own life out of sadness.

First time ko matulog sa parking lot. NLEX announced temp closure of San Fernando Pampanga Southbound entry. We decided to stay sa SM Pampanga and monitor the news.

Birthday ko kahapon. I wanted to try something new lalo at long weekend naman. So umattend ako cooking class at nag staycation lang somewhere close. Then nag food crawl sa binondo. Had full control ng time ko. 😬

So, me and my cousins wanted to go to SM and play some arcade games not until we found this one game that can actually generate a lot of tickets.

We then tried it out and we were actually shocked na marami nga magbigay tickets kaya napalaro kami dyan para sa remaining tokens namin and decided to exchange it for some snacks and drinks tho it would've been cheaper to get snacks and drinks than hvaing to buy tokens but it doesn't matter coz we had fun tho.

Bilang mag-isa na lang sa bahay, nakakatamad magluto. Dagdag pa yung pag-iisip kung ano uulamin ngayon at sa mga susunod na araw.

May mga lutong ulam naman sa palengke, at salamat sa mga yun, nagbago palette ko at mas nae-enjoy ko na kumain ng gulay, kaso ayun magastos.

Kaya sinamantala ko na long weekend para makapamalengke at maghanda ng pagkain. Sabi ng kaibigan ko, ok lang kung paulit-ulit kinakain basta alam mong masustansya.

May nakita akong recipe sa internet at medyo sinunod ko lang. “Medyo” dahil dinagdagan ko dami ng gulay.

First time ko lang din mamalengke ng mga kakaibang gulay. “Kakaiba” kasi di ko sila nae-encounter sa regular diet ko at wala rin sa palengke namin, tulad ng broccoli at zucchini.

Masaya pala gawin. Ngayon may naka-ready na akong pagkain sa mga susunod na linggo (sana di ko maubos agad). Looking forward na agad ako sa susunod na meal prep session. Share naman kayo ng meal prep recipes niyo hehe salamat!

As someone na iba ang course sa line of work ko ngayon, I’m genuinely happy and proud of myself for making it this far.

This is only my second job, and somehow, I found myself handling people for the first time (20 people). And mind you, ako pa ang youngest sa mga hawak kong peeps.

Ubos-ubos talaga ang pasensya ko minsan sa kanila. Maraming adjustments, maraming challenges, at maraming moments na mapapatanong ka na lang kung tama ba yung ginagawa mo.

Pero looking back, napapatanong na lang talaga ako...

So nagbook ako ng Angkas otw to work at late na. Wla syang binigay na hairnet pero okay lng kso pagkasuot ko nung helmet mabaho yung amoy so hineads upan ko kay kuya after ng trip. Pagkacheck ko sa phone ult eh nagleave sya ng gnyang message. 😒

June 2023 i was diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) sobrang fucked up ng year na yon sakin kasi sabay sabay yung nangyare sa life ko and i couldn’t handle it kaya it took a toll on my mental health.

it came to the point na napabayaan ko na yung hygiene ko dahil i dont have the energy to do things. i also stopped celebrating my birthday kasi feeling ko hindi ko deserve na madagdagan pa ng isang taon na buhay pa. attempted thrice but ended up being alive pa rin.

it took me 5 months to finally seek for a professional help and never ako tinulungan ng pamilya ko financially dahil sabi nila sayang lang daw sa pera at hindi naman daw totoong depress ako sinabihan pa ko na magsimba daw ako at wag laging nakakulong sa kwarto para daw umokay ako. little did they know, they’re one of the reason bat ako na depress.

got diagnosed with GAD and required ako magpa therapy and magkaron ng medicine maintenance. lalo lang siguro ako nadepress nung nalaman ko yon dahil di ko alam san ako kukuha ng pera pambayad ng therapy at pambili ng gamot knowing na sobrang mahal nila. but i still manage na pumasok sa school at mag trabaho ng part time after school. okay na rin yun at least wala na ko masyado time sa bahay at hindi na makita yung pamilya ko.

for 3 years, hindi naging consistent yung pagpapagamot ko dahil minsan hindi sapat yung sinasahod ko sa part time ko until nag decide ako na tumigil sa pag aaral at humanap ng full time work and eventually nag tuloy tuloy na yung pag papagamot ko

August 31 2026, exactly at my birthday. na clear na ko ng doctor ko. wala na akong GAD 🥹 hindi ko na kailangan mag therapy ulit, pero required pa rin mag gamot.

akalain mo nga naman sakto pa sa bday ko kaya naisipan ko kumain sa jollibee today para i celebrate bday ko dahil after 3 years of almost giving up yet im still here. eto lang nakayanan ng budget ko kasi kakatapos lang magbayad ng doctor fee at bumili ng gamot hehe

Since last day of the long weekend and hindi na umuulan. I decided to go out and watch a random movie.

I just picked this random movie within my desired time and ako lang mag-isa ang naka book. Ang saya with a slight of nakakatakot. Nakakatakot nung ang dilim na nga then nung lumingon ako may taong puti. Jusko guard lang pala 😭.

So I have this account for over a year now, but I haven't had the chance to use it. I've been using PayPal kasi, and since di ko alam paano iverify yung WISE dati, so I didn't bother to explore.

Ngayon, I have a client na di rin ma open PayPal niya so she suggested we do our transaction through WISE. Aligaga pa ako mag login kasi di ko na maalala lahat since di ko naman gamit tong WISE.

Luckily, I was able to get the account verified, so she sent me this small amount muna para ma try if goods na ba. And eto na nga!! ❤️😍

So happy kasi alam niyo naman ang baba ng conversion sa PayPal. At ngayon, may WISE na ako finally!

First time kong mag celebrate nang birthday alone. Nagising ako kanina mga bandang alas 3 nang madaling araw at di na nakatulog ulit. Andaming pumapasok sa isip ko lalo na sa career na at the age of 36 years old yung pakiramdam na napag iwanan na. I grow up i celebrating my birthday as normal day lang talaga. Then nagsulat lang ako sa journal ko to write those blessing to be grateful for most specially na malakas pa ang mga parents ko and doing my best i can provide for them. Just like nang mga batang 90's diyan wala pa din akong anak😅😆. Wag muna.
