It doesn't want to turn on, it's cranking but the fuel pump is not putting the gas into the engine I can't hear the fuel pump pumping, is not the fuses, is no the ecu, and is not the relay that is bad, I dont know what could it be, my dad and I were putting a new radio and sound speakers, I went to check on the vss and it was fried, I took it out, it made some sparks , my dad cut that part, then he connect the new vss connector and still doesn't want want turn on

On my 2021 civic. I am humbled and defeated. This looked so easy conceptually but my back is broken. Took 7 hrs & I still need to do the rear speakers - I have the parts but I’m putting it off for my sanity.

Cars at about 68,000 miles and I just had a bunch of work done to it at just under 60,000. Just had an oil change too less than a month ago, by the dealership. They said it was well maintained and working fine. This happened very suddenly it was out of nowhere.

Hey yall! Here are the photos of the wires coming from my entire engine (First and second photo) and a picture of the stock oem stator recharging and firing coils like how it’s supposed to be coming out of the engine (Third photo). I got this 1979 standard CDI CX500 Engine on a 1982 CX500C (custom) frame, I guess the frame part doesn’t matter much but I mentioned it anyway. Any who, there is only 8 wires coming from my entire engine. The Light Green wire is separate from the rest and is supposedly my neutral indicator coming from the bottom of my engine, all other wires are coming from my stator plate like seen in Photo 2. Any diagram I’ve seen of either the 1979 model and the 82’ (I checked just in case, even tho the engine is a 79 CDI) model has way more wires, ending with pin connectors coming from the engine. Is it possible the guy who had it before me built the engine and combined some wires? Or left some out? Maybe the motor is missing the entire stator or pickup coils? I just need someone who’s dealt with the wiring or atleast replaced a stator or opened the engine of one of the CX500’s to give me some advice. I’m leaving tearing apart the motor or even opening the stator casing as an absolute last resort but that’s what is probably gonna happen. I cannot see how it is possible to wire the firing system with the wires that are available, but then again I’ve never dealt with a CX500.

battery died, and after jump starting horn won’t stop going off anytime the car door is opened or the car is started. key fob isn’t working to lock or unlock the car doors, but they can be manually locked/unlocked obviously (but not without the horn going off after using the key to open the door). power windows are working so it seems odd the door locks aren’t. what should i do here? help!! it’s so frustrating and the horn is driving me crazy.

Trying to put headers on my element k24a4 not full k24a2 swap. I know there’s only clearance issues restricting me but I also want to know more about other compatible headers

So I will be swapping a k24a3 engine into my cl7 accord euro and I'm figuring out the electrical stuff first of all i don't realy know there to find the accord euro 7th gen manuals because I'm planing to repin the connectors on the ecu and on the instrument cluster i was also thinking i could maybe reprogram the original ecu also i have an entire cl9 tourer car so if anyone has any ideas please help 😁

Ps. I know there is a kit for like 1000€ from doctronic but im on a budget and don't even need that kind of ecu for what im planing.

After going to the dealership several times in the past few years I have finally fixed the damn informative system turning black. We have changed USB wiress, fuses, and looked at the damn wiring harness at Honda's Expense. After they were doing thousands in diagnostic fees finally found out that the cache and memory was overloading causing a system error. I factory reset the system and downgraded to the previous update and it fixed itself. It's an android system that cannot handle more than one or two years worth of data. So you have to delete and then redownload the updates. After having someone go into the Android system it seems that Honda's system does not like Apple CarPlay and can make the issue worse if using an Apple Device. I am hoping this helps anyone dealing with these issues in the future!
