Any tips you guys can give me? I'm super confused by the alchemy stuff. I also been having trouble with gwent. I'm on the mission where you find the witches in the bog but I feel like I've been messing up the whole time already. I'm level 7 btw

so ive finished tw3 2 times so far and started a third playthrough about 3 weeks ago, i put 30 hours in that one before the remaster was announced and then i dropped it. now they have said that saves are transferable to the remaster which is good however i have a problem, my save contains 70+ mods (some of which would break the game if removed mid save) so that means ill have to start a fresh playthrough. now im wond should i just wait and start a new play through in the remastered version or play this modded version and finish it within 4 weeks (i am positive that i can do this) and then start a new one for the remaster? the only thing im afraid of is being burnt out and not wanting to replay it again when the remaster drops which is why im asking here, what do yall thing?

I just started the game a few days ago. I'm been playing in velen for a few hours. I'm about 12 hours in, and I'm level 6.

I just heard about the remastered version, obviously, and I'm wondering if I should wait and restart when that comes out. I will be taking a two-week holiday starting next week, so i won't be able to play. I have another game I can play in the meantime.

Is the remastered version going to offer enough that I should wait and start from the beginning?

If we were to put it into crowns/gold how much is the Duchess paying us upfront?

I know that with the place recently acting as a morgue + the site of a massacre are enough to drag down the real estate price to the point it's a "hot potato" that nobody would want in the immediate future BUT after the initial period of hesitation and the market settles it'd be a good piece of real estate.

Just finished my 1st playthrough. I tried my best to avoid anything even remotely spoilery. From the start I knew I wanted to romance Triss. I avoided any type of leading Yen..... except for 1 moment after she broke the genie's spell. I told her I loved her just cuz I felt it was right for the situation. That's it. HOURS later I'm expecting my big moment with Triss and I wake up to both of them teasing a threesome. I knew right then I messed up and, to make it worse, they wouldn't even converse with me anymore. I was so pissed I seriously considered starting over as I didn't have a save file that went far enough back. In all seriousness though I was mostly impressed with how immersed I was with the storyline for something like that to have any effect on me cuz I was def a little bummed that I messed it up

We set off at 1 a.m. to make it to the location and get everything ready by 4 a.m. We wanted to catch the very first rays of sunlight, and we added some smoke to make the sunrise even more atmospheric. It was truly an unforgettable photoshoot. 💜

Is there any mod that lets us to normally walk while the jog can be done by pressing and holding the A button (I play on controller in PC) and the sprint to be the vanilla L3?

Basically , I cannot always maintain the vanilla walking pace by just pushing it slightly forward. Is there any mod as per my preference? Please need help!

My daughter loves Ciri, and wants to watch me play Witcher 3. However, there obviously is a lot of blood, gore, nudity, language, etc.

I’m wondering if this is possible: let’s say we complete everything we can in Velen and Novigrad, and then—before setting sail—we want to play through the DLC. To me, that would make more sense story-wise than playing it after the main plot. But is that actually possible?

After starting the game over a year ago (I'm a slow gamer) I have finally finished the main game plus the DLC for the first time. Wow, I can't believe I waited so long to play it. I have completely fallen in love with the world, and looks like I'll be starting another playthrough when the remaster comes out.

Hi, basically what the title says. Aiming for 100% completion, but I cannot access the island northeast of Novigrad where the signpost Crane Cape would be for the life of me. The game tells me I've reached the edge of the map and turns me around, doesn't matter if I'm swimming or sailing. Important to know: Haven't installed any of the DLCs yet, also there's no undiscovered location mark there in my game. It says everywhere you can access it in the main game, and no one seems to have a bug? Any help?

I own a witcher 3 disc on ps4 but I dont have a ps5. I would love to play the remastered version on my pc but I guess there isnt any possibility to upgrade from ps4 to pc right?

I love this game. Top 3 all-time for me. Played over 200 hours when it came out. Coming back in 2026 with all the updates has been AMAZING! I just started a fresh playthrough, and everything is so much better than I remember; 60 FPS on my Series S is so sweet. Can't wait for the remaster update and DLC!

Please, include a new Platinum trophy for the remastered version, it could even be identical to the previous versions. It would be amazing to start the journey all over again with a fresh set of trophies to earn.

I had been playing the Series X version downloaded off of Game Pass even though I had the Xbox One disc. I was at the end of the game and about to start the DLC, but it was just removed from Game Pass. I thought no problem, I've got the DLC and there's been the free upgrade to the Series version for a while now so I'll pop the disc in, do the upgrade (it says S/X on the thumbnail now) and continue. Nope. I get in to the game and it only has my saves from 2018. I deleted my local saves but got the same thing after it resynced. Am I just screwed because it was technically a different version of the game (not the Complete Edition)? Or is there a workaround for this? If not I'll probably just wait until the free remaster comes out.
