Why only 30k players increase in faceit? 30k increase out of 1mln players is like nothing, either there is no cheating and everyone is fine with Premier status or real player count is like 400k max

cstracker.gg is scraping all player message history from games and allowing it to be publicly searchable. I have literally never heard of a game that lets player messages be searchable in this context.
I'm probably not the worst offender here. I spend my games meowing at people and zeusing them. That doesn't need to be publicly viewable and searchable.

Just found out about this. Apparently they’re also storing IPs etc on these 3rd party websites. Is it possible to remove your profile somehow? Surely Valve needs to do something about this? Insane that this is even possible

Yes, valve has been slack but i don’t think understand how insane the cs2 cheat cat and mouse game is. CS is one of the only games where people are able to make a literal living out of developing hacks. Cheating is so popular in the cs community that no matter what valve does, it will always be around. If you ask a hacker in any game what got them into cheating, i can almost guarantee they started from counter strike. there is such a big culture around it and it will never go away. heck HVH (hacker vs hacker) was literally birthed through counter strike and literally remains one of the most popular subcategories of the game. HVH is just a competition of who can make the best cheats, probably a horrible thing for valve to not deal with lol. I genuinely beleive it’s not the anticheat that’s the cause for all the cheaters, it’s rather just the popularity of cheating in the videogame. ofc a more advanced anticheat would help, even just implementing something as simple as an ip and hardware ban system, which would force cheaters to spoof and use a vpn making them less motivated to cheat. but ultimately they will still always be around.

With the current CS2 landscape looking a bit stagnant and several Tier-1 giants going through painful rebuilds, there is one regional project that mathematically and tactically makes perfect sense: The Baltic Superteam.
The Baltic states (Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia) produce an insane amount of world-class talent relative to their population. If a well-funded organization like MOUZ or an ambitious NA org looking to return to Europe wants a guaranteed trophy contender, this is the blueprint.
Here is how the roster and roles would shake out, completely fixing the individual issues these players are currently facing:
Why this makes business sense for an Org:
Instead of buying random unproven academy prospects, an organization acquiring this core inherits an instant, massive regional fanbase with massive marketability in Northern/Eastern Europe. jL and YEKINDAR are content goldmines, while broky and ropz bring the championship pedigree (Grand Slams, Major MVPs).
It solves broky’s bench stagnation, saves ropz from his Vitality bottleneck, and gives YEKINDAR a proper European tactical home.
What do you guys think? Could broky thrive as a quiet, system-focused IGL with this amount of firepower around him? Which org should buy them out?

Guys I started playing cs2 a few weeks ago and now after 100 hours of gameplay finally gotten my rating, so I just wanted to know if 7k is good for a beginner cause I feel I could have done much better as I lost many of my ranked matched cause of poor ping, and electricity cuts.

This has happened to me about 3 times now this season alone. I have been sitting around 13-14K Elo for Premier matchmaking, and each time I am doing my promo/pre-promo game, I get absolutely shafted like this, and then proceed to get wrecked for the next 2-3 games after and then we repeat the process... It's like there is this invisible wall that I'm just not allowed to pass through. Thanks Valve.

I have a budget of around €200 and I’m looking to buy a CS2 skin. I’d like to choose something that I actually like using, but ideally I’d also like it to have some potential to hold or increase its value over time.
I’m not looking for anything crazy or super risky. What skins would you consider around the €200 range, and what factors should I look at before buying?
Thanks!

Saw some clips on yt and this post:
https://www.reddit.com/r/cs2/comments/1u1yn7p/if_you_struggle_with_trust_factor_make_sure_you/?utm_source=chatgpt.com
and ofc Renyan short clips. My friend got low trust factor when we queue, so we decided to test this out - can we clear the low trust factor with money?
Before spending: warning showed every time when we queue.
So far we spent about €457 on his Steam account and bought around €455 in skins.
Result: warning is still there after this process,
| What we did | Result |
|---|---|
| Added €50 | Warning |
| Added another €50 | Warning |
| Added €157 + bought €257 skin | Warning |
| Added €200 + bought €198 skin | Warning |
and no played games yet.
So in our case nothing changed by simply adding money or spending it on steam marketplace.
Tonight we will try several games to see if the low trust factor clears up. Will update this post if it does.
EDIT:
After 2 games (one win, one loss) we no longer have trust factor issues. Before all of this his account had lower trust factor every game we queued for at least 15 games, probably more.
And I cannot find the update that fixed this?

Don't open cases fellow degens. After 1100 cases I got my 2nd knife after the 1st falchion autotronic bringing it up to about 700$ back and maybe 500$ in reds.
However the story was great, I sold my awp printstream to buy a new driving game to practice stick and I didn't like it so I refunded it and decided to open cases. 10 dream and nightmare got this on the 3rd. GG

I'm a silver, recently build my first Pc (not that recently) after my whole life playing on console, still getting used to mouse, last week I had the worst performance of my life, then just played dm and gun game till today (I got to say, after the ban wave this modes revived like damn)
This night I decided to give another chance and just had the best performance of my life, for the first time consistently hitting headshots, 22/14, lost by 7:13
My teammates were yapping about this guy, and this is what I found, his entire game was strange but from this moment his kittens team became lions
Being honest, why don't they go to premier? What's the meaning to cheat in mm with a knife?? (Keep on mind this can be nothing to y'all but in Brazil you don't buy a ugly knife for less than R$300 currency

i thought he played 4:3, but looks like he is playing native res, and i dont think on his house he plays different res than on lan, that would not make any sense

Old CSGO chud turned gigachad league player, came back to check out the game and the AWP is actually unusable. How are you supposed to use this thing? I cant ever win a close fight and the timing is all wrong for the accuracy. It's also impossible to move if you get tagged by a stray bullet. Does everyone just stick to AK/M4 now? Is AWP just dead and unless you're holding A long like what is this bro. Not to mention you get 15shots maximum so shooting through smoke is dead. I'm sure I'll get all the rifler chuds on this post but what is even the point of taking the gun anymore, 1 shot isn't useful if the game makes it so I can't ever hit anyone with it.

Most here will be familiar with the concept of trust factor in MM. I'm looking for any primary sources on how it operates.
To be clear, i'm not interested about what common knowledge or speculation exists. I want to know what is 100% for sure about it. If you have any and are happy to share it, I'd be very appreciative 😄
The only concrete example i've found is when you queue with someone of significantly lower trust than yourself and you get a little pop up for it informing you. However, from what I can tell, this doesn't give you a direct 'red', green', or 'yellow' factor like lots of players talk about.
Also, my understanding of what websites like csrep and such do is 'make up' a trust factor based on their own interpretation of the players stats, rather than retrieving what valve actually use. I'd welcome correction on this given any evidence.
Thanks!

There seems to be a divide in the cs2 community. half the playerbase understand how completely flooded the game is with cheaters. Im 2.2k on faceit rn and all i play is aim assist radar abusing losers. I have never seen a single one of these players be banned. If you watch the demos in slow mo you can always find ai aim assist its very simple here is multiple examples of people ive played very recently in faceit.
https://medal.tv/games/counter-strike-2/clips/nqvGBUJwAqIuSNnOO?invite=cr-MSxTZHQsMjExNDUzNDY1
https://medal.tv/games/counter-strike-2/clips/nmWQxDnvNrfMldaLE?invite=cr-MSxFR2IsMjExNDUzNDY1|
https://medal.tv/games/counter-strike-2/clips/mfM4XYKpfHAj0T2kD?invite=cr-MSwxUkUsMjExNDUzNDY1
When people die weird shit happens the aim assist will sometimes full track dead bodies in miliseconds of time or it will track another player instantly. If they are using an ssg or awp you can always slow down to see wobbly aim when they flick. For example they flick left they will overflick the aim assist will enable and in miliseconds correct it, the player will die and the crosshair will go back to overflicker as the aim assist turns off.
I really like to hear people explain and cope for valve and faceit and praise how good their anticheat is. I have usually 1 or 2 cheaters in each game I play at this point so I dont even que anymore.
Also, even submitting a ticket to faceit they ignore and never respond.
Here is a video I made showcasing how to catch these cheaters and just how many play on faceit.

Just Faceit servers atleast so I don't have to play every wednesday premier vs cheaters.
