Discussion The best friendships I have are with people I never see.
It's not even on purpose I've just finally noticed. It isn't that I can't make friends. It's I can't be around anyone too much. Inevitably huge cracks show in character, they get too close, codependency or toxicity forms, trauma bonding whatever it is. My friends don't even live here lol. Most of my friends moved away or I used to live there type stuff. I can call whenever send memes etc. neither of us gets offended it's this way, no one is sus, it just works. This is the only type relationship that stays. Fwiw I am single also and I'm guessing it's for the same reason.

Questions and Advice Your opinion on infjs? (istp)
Guys, what's your opinion on infjs? I can't seem to get well with them, and idk why.
So, I'm istp 8w9 (f23)
I've been friends with infjs since forever, but all the relationships just come to an end, even if the relationship is almost 10 years old...
Somehow, all of them have the same patterns, the current relationship I'm in, is with this infj guy. And let me tell you, it doesn't matter if they were female or male, they all somehow have the same type of characteristics and patterns. Not sure whether they are unhealthy or not, idk the differences tbf.
At first, they seem cool to be friends with, full of depth, open, loyal, and capable of having real and meaningful conversations, which is really incredible.
But the second a conflict, boundary, or something like a loss of control happens, a switch happens.
They say they want total honesty, transparent and grounded relationship, at first they will try to act to it, but when the real emotions or conflict hits, they cower and start putting on an eerie nonchalant mask, pretending everything is completely fine, while their entire attitude toward you shift. It's all obvious to the point idk if they're actually fine or just pretending, is this some sort of a puzzle game?
To me, their sudden "indifference" is viewed as dishonesty, which lead to disappointment, like can such shift really happen in only one day? it's really hard to tell what's up with them. The moment they feel out of control or rejected, they subconsciously pull back their best version just to regain the upper hand and feel they are the one in control, and it feels less like a friendship and more like, idk as if they are being challenged? Where they try to protect their ego at all costs, only to feel shameful about it later.
But In the end, this constant attitude will result in ending the relationship. They themselves realise it too. And when this happen, it feels like we are forced to be friends, while things are just happening behind the scenes, and I'm here just sensing stuff happening without knowing what is what anymore.
Personally, as an avoidant type myself, I actively try to be direct, transparent, and grounded with people I care about, when I see them try so hard for the relationship I cannot just sit and watch, I'll do the same too, but when the sudden shift happens for simply setting basic boundaries, or whatever, leading them to stop caring about the relationship, will eventually make me as withdrawal too, as avoidant and stop being honest overall, it's losing a great friendship all again.
Tbh, I don't even know if what I'm saying is real or my own assumptions, but dealing with infjs is a real pain, I wish I stop bumping into them

Other Love that PRODUCT I made
Bruschetta (toasted bread, tomato, fresh herbs of your choice on top).
I mixed mayo and garlic to put on top of the bread (the white creamy layer). Also added honey, lemon juice, bit of salt and a little less bit of sugar.
Left one: mango and tomato.
Upper one: brazillian smoked sausage and tomato.
Down one: red pepper and tomato.

MBTI Typing am i mistyped as ISTP?
Hey-ho, it’s me again (if you’ve even seen me), with another identity crisis.
I don’t quite fit what people describe as ISTP. According to what i’ve seen, ISTPs may come off as rude or too cold to people. But i’m not that. Sure, i often can be cold, but not as often as people describe it. Maybe it’s just because i’m quite shy or something, but when i talk to people, i don’t know how to explain it, but i just try to be as nice as possible to them. Not for a specific reason or anything, it’s just automatic. Whenever i make a mistake my brain just makes me apologize 3 times in a row for no reason. It’s just a reflex atp.
Some people tell me i have Ne traits too, but i don’t quite get it. maybe it’s because i come up with weird things to say on a conversation. They just click.
Other than that, i’ll try my best to describe my traits so you have more information than me being overly akward when socializing.
One thing i’m pretty sure of is me being an I type. Maybe i am wrong, but it just makes sense. I don’t mind company, but i prefer being alone some times, i like working on my own, too. Most of my hobbies are done alone like drawing, writing, playing videogames (mostly alone), or listening to music. The only hobby of mine that is done with people is to play volleyball, i can’t really think of much else.
But when i do have to team up with people to do work or whatever, i’d actually prefer to be the leader, BUT only if i actually know the people a bit. Not because i’m scared, but because i want to know what to expect from those people, and what tasks i know they’ll actually be capable of.
I do get really talkative and excited sometimes. Before meeting up or something, i just go ‘’i’m gonna be quieter this time’’ and i never do so. When i’m having fun i can’t help it. this is one of the only things in favor of me being an E type.
I’ve been told sometimes that i could be an ISFP, but i’m for sure not a F dom, even less Fi, in my opinion. I do care for people and harmony, sure. But i wouldn’t say it’s my dominant function. If anything at all, maybe second.
My room is NOT tidy. But mainly because i’m lazy. I also tend to procrastinate on things that i’d even actually love to do.
I’m also ALL about adrenaline and intensity. I love waterparks and all that stuff mainly because of that.
But maybe i could just have the wrong understanding of cognitive functions. If you’d like me to elaborate more, feel free to ask!

ISTP Vibes Family
How are you with your families? As an ISTP, I show all my emotions to my mom and dad—I cry, scream, or get scared—but in the end, I don't show anything, just sarcasm and indifference.
