Could I build a Cat Creature based deck

Is this possible?

I really would like to build a deck around cat creatures though I have some concerns. I’m not sure what my commander would be I’m thinking maybe Gavi, Nest Warden as my commander, but I don’t know where I’d go from there…as I’d more so be picking her so I can include the cards pictured above…

The two cards pictured, inspired me to do it plus I love cats. I’m open to making it more cat and dog based creature deck but making a pure cat one has my heart.

Any suggestions?

If you want all colors [[Morophon, the Boundless]] will be the best choice. But there's [[Ren and Siri]], [[Jinnie Fay, Jetmir's Second]], and a couple of forms of Ahrabo.

That's the neat part. You don't have to with Morphon. You can just build in the colors you have cats for. Morphon only needs generic mana to cast.

Most cats are in white and green. Rin and Seri is quite cool, and would allow for a dog theme as well. Just cats works as well.

Tokens and pumping each other is what most cats do, so maybe look into that direction. A few have artifact hate and similar as well.

Displacer kitten is a great card but doesn't really synergise with a tribal theme such as cats, it should be used in a deck with lots of instant speed non creature spells and etb payoffs.

My Arahbo deck is one of my favorites. Theres plenty of SL cats that can go in this, including the commander itself!

Plus eminence is pretty steong right out of the gate too

Most cat decks are White/Green, Mono white, or occasionally Naya(white/green/red). There are only a handful of blue cats.

azorious primary archetype is basically displacer kitten's exile mechanic (sorry. forget the term). so there are a ton of commanders that will be more than shells (albeit not cats). you'll want a [[mind stone]] to pair with it. life gain and that exile mechanic go together pretty seamlessly. although iirc, the majority of the white cats are counters and +/+ for the turn. [[felidar retreat]] is something to consider for new spawns that will trigger your life gain spells. outside of leonin for equip decks, i tend to shun cat decks, so i can't really help beyond that.
