Does this look like it’s rejecting? I’ve had it since the beginning of June. Still crusts and downsized once.

just want to get some other opinions on if my anti eyebrow is rejecting or not!!! i feel like it is, but it's not painful or anything. i've been taping at night like usual, and making sure it's clean and not touching it. i'm gonna go this weekend and get it checked but i just wanted other opinions in the meantime.

I’ve recently seen people talking about how surface piercings tend to do better when they’ve got thicker jewelry in them, and my face is mainly surface piercings lol
I was just wondering if it’s true? Or if anyone’s had any experience with stretching surface piercings? I’ve got angel fangs, vertical labret, bridge, and four eyebrow piercings. I’ve paid a pretty penny for all of these, and would looooveee to hold onto them as long as I can 🥲

Same question as above. I tore my Labrum and have to get an MRI. Problem is I have gotten 4 piercings earlier this year. All implant grade titanium, but all 4 are cartilage. Can I replace them with plastic just for the day?

Do they look ok for one month? Lymph has died down drastically since switching them to these 12mm, embedding risk has subsided I believe! Just want to know if these are looking on track or not with the mishap I had with hardware and my piercer when getting these.
28 day olds
Saline wipe with qtip in am and before bed then dried with paper towel
14g implant grade titanium flatback labret
Thanks in advance!

Age of piercing: was dome on feb 23 so like 6 momths now?
Type of piercing: Dahlia bites, labrets. Material (the same one implants are made with)
Its been downsize like month and a half ago
Aftercare: The piercer gave special salt but after i got an irritation bump I changed to the wound wash 2 times per day.
Now, I woke up today and was looking myself in the mirror and notice the piercing (no the one that had the irritation bump) look off? It has its regular crusties but felt off idk. I also wokeup sick idk if its me been confuse or what. But i feel a bit of it looks swollen

22mm ears that you can’t see. What else would look good on me 🦄☁️

I got it yesterday. The piercer said she would place it "a bit further back" so the tip of my nose wouldn't droop, but I think she put it too far back.

I wanna get vertical triple helix at the same time and after some time, get fourth one so that when they heal I can put hoops and make two orbitals from it, is that a good idea? How is the healing? Is it really rough? How do you clean them after shower? Is long hair a big problem? I wear glasses too idk if that’s gonna be a problem, also I dye my hair at the salon every month so I’m afraid how is that gonna work, any advice??? :))))

Hi all - is it possible to get a piercing where the jewelry could extend into or sit in the circled area? Obviously there isn’t really anything to pierce directly in the circle, but I’m wondering whether a tragus placement, particular jewelry style, or something else could put jewelry there. Any ideas? Thanks!

The first/second pic is my helix right now and the 3rd pic is my helix 4 days ago.
On Sunday I got a facial and long story short my ear felt a little uncomfortable, but nothing crazy.
Later that night I showered and then my helix started hurting. I looked at it and weirdly enough there was like a ton of build up? It almost looked like piles of wet dead skin cells, which is abnormal for my ear. I thought it might be some left over conditioner but I’m pretty sure it was my own dead cells (lol).
I cleaned it up with a pointy q-tip and it started bleeding like down my ear. So I did my best to clean up the yucky skin cells which were also on my conch but it was way less. I sprayed a ton of saline to help irrigate the area.
As you can see there is an irritation bump forming which is the 2nd time this has happened to my helix, but this time I don’t have as much space on the post length.
I’m a little nervous that the bar length may not be enough and would appreciate any advice anyone could give. Also damn I’m tired of healing this thing. It’s been 13 months of hell! I would prefer if I didn’t have to go visit my piercer but if that’s the best thing to do I’ll do it. Please help and also drop advice on how to heal helix piercings!! I’m dying over here!!
The jewelry

hi guys!
i have a healed septum rn, got it pierced a while back (2024 october) and it healed with zero complications at all.
i have a try out shift this sunday at a cafe, and i’d like to increase my chances of making a good impression.
would it be possible for me to put a curved barbell into the hole so i can hide it?
i’m aware i can flip it up but i REALLY hate the feeling of the piercing being inside of my nose lol

One of my original lobe piercings keeps getting sore. Occasionally weeping but very often raw, feels lumpy from the scabbing on the inside. Any ideas why?

I got it done five days ago — two helix piercings. The past few days went smoothly, with no major swelling. But today I accidentally slept on that ear, and it’s been like this all day. Is that normal? It’s my first time getting cartilage pierced, so I’m feeling a bit anxious about it.
It hurts, but there's no discharge (no pus or anything like that). What's bothering me is the significant swelling, I know it’s normal but idk if it’s too red and swollen or something

Guys sorry for the close up pictures of my teeth and gums but I just got my second labret (on the right) and I’m not sure if they messed up the placement?
And will it heal okay? Or should I take it out and get it redone?
I did just get it today though and google says there may be swelling that makes it look uneven but it feels like they’re really far apart :( and also vertically beside each other on the inside compared to the horizontal look from the outside? pls let me know guys…

I’ve always been self-conscious about my ears, to the point of getting specific haircuts to hide them better since they stick out a bit and one of them has a weird fold at the lobe. However, for my upcoming birthday I’m getting myself the gift of turning something I’ve always been insecure about into something I actually love.
I currently have 1st and 2nd lobes, plus old 3rds (which were originally pierced as 2nds) that closed years ago.
I’d love to start building an intentional ear stack and get into cartilage piercings.
The catch: I’m a bit sensitive about pain so I want a stack that still looks good if I get a few piercings and decide to nope out.
As I’ve been looking online, some placements that have caught my eye are: conch, forward helix, faux rook, and hidden helix
Would love recommendations on placements/combinations!

Piercing is 3 months old, flatback labret, threadless, titanium, downsized roughly a month ago, and sprayed with neilmed 1-2 times a day.
Sorry for the funky photo angles; difficult to take a photo behind your ear by yourself.
Took a few hits to it recently which is what got me looking in the mirror at the back to see how it was handling. I wish I'd taken a photo when it was fresh, because I have no clue if it was pierced like this or if it somehow shifted over time. It looks completely normal from the front.
Either way, do you guys think this would still heal at this shallow of an angle? I honestly don't mind how it looks visually, I'm just wanting to make sure I wouldn't be wasting my time trying to heal something that never will want to.

I just got my septum pierced yesterday and as soon as she pierced it looked crooked and it still does. I'm just wondering if I should take it out. Unless maybe once I can change it to a ring it won't be as obvious?

Hello,
I know what piercings I want, I just don't know what to start with. These would be my first facial piercings.
I wanted a double nostril w/chain (ik it needs to heal first), septum ring, and kitty bites.
I figured kitty bites would be last, but I can't decide on doing septum or nostril first. What would be best?
Thanks!
