Hi! I know eyebrow piercings have a high rejection rate. Mine hasn't rejected yet but is often mildly irritated. It doesn't hurt otherwise, but when it does get irritated for god knows what reason (about every other or third week?) it gets a little sensitive to movements. When it's irritated it produces very liquidy white stuff, presumably some blood or muscle juice... Or both!
I don't really have a cleaning routine for it, and I don't have money for a saline solution bottle. I use a spray bottle meant for small surface scratches that is alcohol based but it has worked thus far. I only clean it once it gets irritated, or when changing the piercing, which I don't do often.
Could it be I should size it down? Or maybe it never fully healed? Or is it because I don't use saline solution? I hear people here worship that stuff like almost religiously xD
Or is it normal with eyebrow piercings? ABOUT MT ANATOMY: my eyebrows are VERY fleshy, like I probably have close to 0 cartilage in that area. Could that be why it gets irritated?
