Ticket Exchange Thread 2026-27
Sell/swap your Rangers tickets. Like every year, here are some ground rules:
- Use this thread instead of posting to the front page. Individual threads about buying, selling, or swapping tickets will be removed.
- Top level comments should be tickets for sale. Requests can be made, but sellers might not see them. It's better to just scroll down the thread.
- Sellers, if your tickets are no longer available, please update/delete your OP.
And as always we cannot guarantee that sellers are legit, so be careful!

Is the Tolvanen signing legit?
If it is, 1.5 for 1 year for a middle six winger who can score 20 goals and 40ish points is pretty good, and it lets him, Bjork, and Cools switch around those 3 available middle six wing spots.
Overall, I’m pretty happy with it, although that might just be because I’ve been deprived of any rangers news besides Vincent iorio signing since early July

Rangers 2026-27 prospect rankings: Malcolm Spence lands at No. 4 with diverse skill set
After slipping out of the first round of the draft in June 2025, Spence put together a solid freshman season at Michigan and looks like someone whose skill and ability to make plays in tight areas of the ice could translate to the highest level.

The Stars Are Aligning: 2026-2027 Will Probably Be Chris Drury's Last Year (barring a playoffs appearance)
It appears the No-Movement Clause Ⓒ branded Spackle is finally going to begin drying in the Rangers locker room starting in 2027.
Let's do a quick review of the current contract situation:
__
Players with a Full No Movement Clause Heading into the 2026-2027 Season
- Mika Zibanejad
- JT Miller (last year of full NMC)
- Adam Fox (last year of full NMC)
- Vladislav Gavrikov
- Marcus Pettersson
- Igor Shesterkin
__
Notable Players that can be Traded in 2027-2028
- Pavel Dorofeyev (last year of no trade protection, full NMC begins in 2028-2029 season)
- JT Miller (first year w/o full NMC, moves into 15-team no trade list)
- Alexis Lafreniere (first year of 8-team no trade list)
- Adam Fox (first year w/o full NMC, moves into 16-team no trade list)
__
First thing that stands out is going into 2027-2028, only 4 players will have a full no movement clause. In addition, all the forwards in the bottom 6 + Cuylle/Bjorkstrand will be UFA's or RFA's. That leaves Zibanejad as the only forward you have to keep on the roster going into that season. Every other forward can either be traded in some capacity, or just not resigned.
Drury has already sent the 2028 (or 2029) 1st rounder to Vegas, and the 2030 1st rounder to Vancouver. He's also brought guys in before with longer full NMC's, which would be harder for a new GM to move. If there was ever a year for a new GM to start fresh and have the most flexibility to make changes to a franchise, the 2027-2028 season is the year to do it.
__
This next part is trying to read the tea leaves a bit, but I did think it was interesting that there was a press release about Quentin Dolan becoming the President of the Rangers (amongst other roles) this offseason. By releasing this information now, and then making a GM change later, it can be labeled as a 'measured' move vs. Quentin rushing to make a change and leave his mark. My guess is Quentin is currently conducting some sort of research on a new candidate, before ultimately making a change sometime next year.
__
If Drury is gone, will it ultimately be a good thing? I would say it 'depends'. There is always the chance the new GM tries to continue 'retooling', but I think the way the contract situation is playing out, they would have to transition more into a full blown 'rebuild'. For the fans that wanted them to pull off the bandage last year, they'll finally be going into the direction you wanted. For the season ticket holders and the fans who want a competitive team, you'll probably have a lot less to be happy about.
Agree? Disagree? What direction do you think this organization will go if they don't make the playoffs?

I made my ideal look for each NHL team and here’s my take on the Rangers
So, I’ve finally got to my favorite team. I love our unis and think they’re top 5 in the league, but that doesn’t mean they’re perfect. The most noticeable change I made was I put the away jersey’s shoulder design on the home jersey and added the primary logo to the shoulders. I also scaled up the stripes on both jerseys a bit. (they’re actually the same size as the Centennial jersey stripes now) I reworked the RANGERS wordmark a bit, giving it a proper drop shadow like the numbers. Now with the navy jersey, I wanted to try something new but since I couldn’t find a design I liked, I brought back our 2023-25 navy alts and brightened up the royal blue and red for better contrast, along with giving it navy pants, which would be the first blue pants since the 1976-78 duds. The other alt is a rework of the Lady Liberty unis, featuring a royal blue base like RR 2.0, tail striping to make it look more complete, and a new Liberty Green color to be more accurate to the Statue of Liberty

Chris Drury as general manager of this team has done a worse job than Mike Milbury did to the Islanders in 90s and 2000s.
