they were large guys and had giant wings. the wings were easily like 2x the length of the body. one of them landed on me and kept hovering near me. they held their wings out like in the drawing. they were reddish and the guy that landed on me didnt have any weird face appendages it just looked normal. I think they wanted the banana i had in my bag. approximate size vs US quarter
pls help ID they were cool

I am truly stumped by these - I work at a garden center and a customer brought in these images of something they found in their lawn. They don't quite look like millipedes and a "master gardener" at the local extension center told them army worms which I disagree with. Anyone got a guess? Maybe a larvae of some kind?
(edit) Found in Kansas, look to be maybe an inch long? He also had a video and they were all just squirming in a pile, didn't look like they were feeding

Just found this buddy drowning in my cats’ water bowl outside in the backyard and put it in our lime tree (I don’t know whether the webs are hers.) Just wanted to know that should I be concerned?

Found this in the shower. I live in south Florida and have never seen anything like this. Quarter for reference. Thanks!

No idea what this could be. Flies are stuck in the sticky goop on the window but no idea what the long, squishy sac looking things are. They don’t match roach sacs.
Found cleaning the guest room in my mother’s house that hasn’t been touched in years.
Location- central coast California

Any help with an ID would be super helpful. We’ve had a problem with mud daubers in the past but never anything this mean looking.
edit: found in central texas just walking around on the pavement, it looked like it was scavenging around or something.

Found this in a packaged Greek-style salad today in Germany. It was inside the salad when I noticed it. Any idea what kind of larva/caterpillar this is?

I live in the urban jungle of central Tokyo on an upper floor of a concrete building.
What larva are these? How did they get in?

Northeast US - urban area
many swarming around windows on mostly cloudy day but few fly around rooms
recent sudden housefly appearances past week then these follow shortly after
slower than houseflies and not as quick to escape swatter as flies
Thanks in advance.

Found this insect trapped between my window and shutter in Portugal. I initially thought it might be an Asian hornet, but I’m not sure. Can anyone identify it?

I just moved into a new place (basement unit) and randomly these little bugs will spawn in. When I pick them up they don’t move, they’re always found just dead or still in this curled up position. Any idea?
