VSF 36mm Pink OP.

Its my wifes daily. She wears it everywhere! Its taken quite a few ocean dunks and hasnt batted an eye.

They're wanting to charge me 1k for it with 3255 movement and tungsten weighted to around 208g. Taking paypal GS. (Not the actual watch I'm buying but an example of the quality they claim**)

Andiot deposit paid on 5/12 for a Hulk, also paid deposit to another TD.

QC arrived from the other TD 6/17, GL same day, mods done 6/18, tracking received 6/21, watch received 6/30.

But as of today 9/1, nothing from Andiot except the regular factory delay schpiel.

Cancelled order with Andiot and requested deposit refund. Let’s see how long it will take them to issue refund.

Wonder what’s the average QC turnaround time from Adiot.

TD sending free Pepsi bezel but the only sub I bought is an OG No Date 40mm. The other watches are a DJ and Tudor GMT.

Might be asking a lot with this piece but it’s my all time favorite. Does anybody know a dealer or factory that has these?

Which women’s skeleton watch model(s) would you recommend for a small wrist? Preferably automatic? Anything other than Cartier? Men’s skeleton watches look way cooler.

I bought a 12-watch case off Amazon when this started and already I need something bigger. I should have known.

There are 7 Reps in this case, 2 "God-Tier" Casios, 1 REAL Rolex, and two shitters that will quickly get booted when more reps come in.

To give you a summary of money spent:
- The 7 reps in this case cost me $3,016
- I have 4 reps in-transit that cost me $2,163
- I have paid or put-down a deposit on 4 more reps, $2,078

So, you know what this means... yep, the 24-watch case 😂

The last APSF 15510 steve had with green dial, had to adjust the screws a bit but think they look aligned now.

Question for those who have gen watches (Rolex mostly) and still bought some Rolex reps, is it worth it? What was the reason of doing it?

Overall, what is your perspective of these reps and gen?

Because the gens existing at those prices are the reason reps exist and the reason we are here, but I would like to hear someone who has experienced both sides of the story….

I love the style of the yacht, I’ve always wanted a Pepsi BUT I understand that the 126610LN sub is supposedly the best NWBIG from VSF and would love to own one.

Would love the community opinions on this and from actual owners and which one you believe is the go to when you compare them against each other.

I know the 226677 QF free sprung yacht is also NWBIG too but interested in knowing others thoughts

I assume that if you want a rep that can’t be spotted - apart from picking the right factory, dealer, and model rep… it’s best to avoid gold, right?

Hey y’all, I just received my QF 126500LN today and I’m a bit disappointed to say the least.

I ordered the clear caseback version so i could look at the beautiful movement inside, but the bridge is incredibly scratched and I wasn’t able to spot that on the blurry qc pics i got but saw it instantly irl. Am I justified in being annoyed at my TD for not spotting something so obvious? And then the chrono function doesn’t even work properly. When I reset the chrono the seconds hand overshoots the 0 point by 1-2 seconds in either direction. Not normal I assume and also something I feel QC should’ve noticed.

What are your opinions?

Blurry pic is the one I got from qc. (Now I can tell the scratch is there but with the image quality it wasn’t clear before)

I can honestly live with the scratch on the movement since it’s on the back anyways, just a bit sad about it but the chrono is the bigger issue.

TLDR:
Chrono hand overshoots when reset and fat scratches on movement bridge

I’m confused on which watch to choose and which factory to go for, I have around 400$ (willing to go up to 600) but I’m confused if I should go for the best or just get a shitter and find some other good use for my money.

For context,I’m a student and I meet a lot of CEOs and people in the consulting industry every week and talking about watches has gotten me invitations to a lot of events. So I think having a watch will get me even more

Quick question for anyone familiar with the current VSF Explorers.
I noticed the NWBIG guide seems to rate the 40mm higher than the 36mm. Is there actually a meaningful flaw on the VSF 36mm, or are both basically NWBIG-level now and the sheet just hasn’t been updated?
I’m leaning toward the 36mm because I prefer the classic proportions, so I’m mainly wondering if there’s anything specific on the VSF 36 that I should watch out for in QC.

I’d love a gold Daytona but I’m reading a lot about having to plate it after I’ve purchased the watch. So my question is the watch states it comes gold plated ‘Case : 18k yellow gold plated 1:1 replicated solid 904L stainless steel case, add weight case’ so why would you plate over gold plating? Or have factories come along since some of the previous posts?

Anyone know of this guy or used him? I have enquired about a few watches from AP to Rolex and prices are like $25k for an 18k white gold Day Date with clone movement or he can get a genuine used movement for $11.5k

Obviously prices reflect the use of REAL GOLD.

The guy claims to have full raw 3d scan data of all the watches his factory produces therefore they can make 1:1 pieces with the exact measurements of the real thing.

Looking at picking up Explorer II Black. As most threads discuss the white/polar option, gathering opinion on the pros/cons for differente factories for this variation of the watch dial.

There’s really no reason for these TDs to hold onto watches especially if they’re not the really fast selling ones.

So should I be cautious if a TD has a watch in stock and ready to go? I feel like it’s someone else’s rejected watch?
