Hi guys, i initially created this for myself for my own research, but since i was told it's very good i decided to share it with the world. this will always be a free to use open source web app. you can just download the code itself and look at it with f12 there is no obfuscation. link will be in the comments.

Hi
If you are remotely interested in deep diving how differently quantum computers work compared to our transistor-based and also the algebra behind in a fully interactive way that teach computer science from scratch, oh boy this is for you. I am the Dev behind Quantum Odyssey (AMA! I love taking qs) - worked on it for about 10 years (3+ during PhD, the visual method I developed ended up being my thesis, it is a complete Hilbert space visualizer), the goal was to make a super immersive space for anyone to learn quantum computing through zachlike (open-ended) logic puzzles and compete on leaderboards and lots of community made content on finding the most optimal quantum algorithms. The game has a unique set of visuals capable to represent any sort of quantum dynamics for any number of qubits and this is pretty much what makes it now possible for anybody 12yo+ to actually learn quantum logic without having to worry at all about the mathematics behind.
This is a game super different than what you'd normally expect in a programming/ logic puzzle game, so try it with an open mind.

Made an interactive simulation of the actual three-body problem in physics — three masses under mutual gravity, no simplifications. You can adjust masses and initial velocities and watch how small changes send the system from a stable-looking orbit into full chaos.
It's built to feel more like a physics toy than an app — no ads breaking up the simulation, nothing to unlock. Mostly wanted an excuse to actually play with the equations rather than just read about them.
Free on Google Play if anyone wants to mess with it: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mathematicalzen.threebody

I've been working on Hoops GM for so long, and now it has been a week since the launch.
I received a lot of backlash in the previous post due to an IP lawsuit, as well as a lot of praise from people.
The launch has been a MASSIVE success with now over 5000 visits to the game and an average of 50 new members everyday.
now i am very confident that this project will go very far and i am very happy about it!
THANK YOU to everyone who has checked it out, left a comment, or played a season.

(RE-WRITTEN BY HAND)
Keeping this to a short post, as I've already messed this up once. I built a simple aquarium-style concept, during a slow period on-shift, based on my Elementary School Memory of an Ecological Balancing Concept, involving Wolves, Deer, and Berry Bushes, as Entities in a Forest, where each Student played a Role.
I don't remember much past wishing we spent more time exploring it in-class, and that my teacher didn't so quickly drive it to an unrecoverable state, to make the point he was trying to teach that day.
It started in Google AI Studio, as a Boxed-Step-By-Step process, more resembling the Conway's Game of Life, in some ways. But it wasn't what I was aiming for. So, that evening, I sat with Devin, and Claude, and a Game Engine in TS/Lua/YAML that I've been working on Demos within, and refined it into something more like a living Reef.
After some insights from a smaller audience, I refined it with a Main Menu, and some Basic Selections.
It has Sharks, Fish, and Algae Nodes, and the Sharks eat/bite the fish, causing Meat Chunks to appear.
The Meat Chunks can then decay, turning back into an Algae Core Node.
If an Algae Core Node is left without children for long enough, it can despawn.
Last I checked, it has a fair chance of staying in balance for up to 10 minutes, but it needs further refinement.
There are also depth layers now, and in theory, the Sharks prefer the Deeper Waters, and the Fish stay toward the Sun, so the Sharks tend to bury their head at the bottom to warm back up, but sometimes starve.

Hi everyone,
I'm a university student and I'm currently working on a seminar paper for a course called Work Process Simulation. I need to use Arena Simulation to model and analyze a manufacturing/production process.
Unfortunately, I'm currently overwhelmed with other courses and exams, and I don't have enough time to properly learn Arena from scratch and build a complete project myself.
If anyone has an Arena project (.doe file) involving a manufacturing or production process that they would be willing to share with me, I would really appreciate it. I mainly need it as a basis for my seminar, so I can study the model, understand how it works, and perform my own analysis and write-up.
It doesn't have to be a perfect or complicated project — even a relatively simple production process would be extremely helpful.
I would be very grateful if someone could help me out. Thank you in advance!
P. S. it will not be published anywhere or used for anything else than paasing this course.

I saw a post where AI said the Anunnaki were evil. Just like people, there’s some good & some bad. There are many species from deep in the universe, and I feel like some of them look kind of creepy in human skin. They are walking around- All different kinds- I think many of them came to see the return of Jesus- The whole cosmos has been waiting-

Hi! I wanted to share my Android app that produces sound, real time, from string vibrations. The strings are simulated as coupled harmonic oscillators (solved through velocity-Verlet), and can be made and played by the user. In order to achieve real time 16-bit sound, I had to have the simulation update 48000 times per second, a speed which I could only achieve using C/C++ as a programming language, in the Raylib engine. I also included a spectrum through FFT, to see which frequencies are dominant. I thought this could be interesting for simulation and physics enthousiasts, as well as musicians. Enjoy it free and without ads!

Still kind of processing this as we didn't expect anything like this, but my brother and I just had our game, Federal Reserve Simulator, featured on NPR's Marketplace with Kai Ryssdal.
We’re just a two-person team, so hearing an 8-minute segment (titled "Running the Fed isn't easy, we tried it") dedicated to something we built from scratch was completely surreal. We launched back in February, and it's been a grind getting eyes on it, so this was a massive milestone for us.
You can hear the segment here:

I’m developing a web-based simulation called "Symbiocracy" to test a novel dual-system constitutional theory using "I cut, you choose" mechanics.
Current Status: The UI and the basic turn-based game loop are fully built. However, the underlying math and economic calculations are completely wrong right now (they are just placeholders). Overhauling the numerical model is my next major step.
What I'm looking for: If you can look past the broken numbers, I’d love for you to try the flow and give feedback on the core mechanics and the underlying theory. Is the incentive structure (budget negotiation + forced role-swap penalty) interesting or viable?
Future Roadmap:
Playable prototype here: Symbiocracy 共生民主模擬器 v3.0.0 · Streamlit
Would love to hear your thoughts on the system architecture!

okay so ive narrowed it down to these two after reading like a million threads. the logitech is cheaper and seems reliable but everyone says gear driven wheels feel notchy whatever that means. the moza r5 is direct drive which apparently is way better but its also more expensive and im not sure if its worth it for someone whos never done sim racing before. from what i can tell the moza has better force feedback but the logitech works with playstation which i might use sometimes. has anyone actually used both and can tell me if the difference is really that noticeable. im at Gamer Gear Direct showroom next week to try some stuff but wanted opinions first

Hey , I am a highschooler , wants to learn more about simulations and all these stuff and want to create my own "world" (simulating some real things in my pc) . I know a lot of maths and physics (dont worry about it) , i want to learn more k have learnt some little computational methods for my physics engine and had created one , also some basic genetic algo projects (not impressive just some basic ones) and want to learn more deeper and more specialised projects like some astrophysics simulation (dont worry i know a lot of astrophysics too.. (i am too confident about it because i am national topper in physics and astro olympiad in highschool level (in india its very competitive and too hard to get into top 50 ))
just tell me books and resource , a sequence to follow (but i think they are all not much interconnected and can be started from any topic ) , i have read only
nature of code (coding train guy)
want to learn more and explore this
my physics engine

Hi I am currently doing an arena simulation assignment for my industrial engineering class. i was running into some issues with the software is which i am unsure how to add a final assign that included my calculations and how to calculate my final net profit. i was wondering if there was anyone here who could help me if i showed them the doe file.
